About this property

House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, Old Time Pottery and Walden's Landing with miniature golf, 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) and Dixie Stampede,Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants

nearby are Cracker Barrel, , K.J.'s Grill,Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mellow Mushroom, Calhouns, , Joe's Crab Shack, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian and many others.

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.

If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

Location was perfect - in a neighborhood, so away from the strip, but close enough that we were only about 5 minutes away from all the action! House was clean and accommodating - the only thing I would recommend is updating some of the towels, and having a few more dishes (especially Tupperware type). We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again

Loved the home. Very clean. Not a fan of the stairs, but when you get inside it is worth it. Probably be staying there again if available.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, so our stay was short. But this was a home away from home. Cleanliness is a huge deal for me and this house met all my expectations. The fire place is lovely, and gives the house that warm cozy feeling. Location is perfect, you’re on the strip in less than 5 minutes but you’d never know your that close. It’s so peaceful and quiet at the house. Don’t let pictures of bedding discourage you..when we arrived there was what looked to be new bedding on both beds. Jacuzzi tub and the toys were a hit for my 4 year old. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. We are already planning our next trip and this will most definitely be our first choice when we return. The pictures don’t do it justice, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
