The Seasons #1836 is perfect for couples or a small group. With sleeping capacity for 4 and 1.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone plus ski gear in the entryway. The Seasons was built in 2002, and is one of the newest properties in Keystone. Everything is furnished with log-style mountain furniture and gives The Seasons a true mountain feel. The ground-level patio is among the best features of this Seasons condo with the sound of the Snake River right over the embankment.
A spectacular view of fireworks right from the patio occurs on major holidays such as July 4th and New Year's Eve. If you're up for a quiet night inside, sit next to the cozy gas log fireplace and play your favorite movie with full surround sound! The owners work and live in Denver, Colorado and want you to share in the beauty of their mountain home.
Entryway - You'll see immediately that there is plenty of room for your skis and gear. Immediately to the right is a full size bath with really nice mountian decor. Straight ahead is the in-condo washer and dryer.
Bedroom - Immedaitely to the left as you walk in in the bedroom with a queen size bed and 1/2 bath for extra privacy.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with range, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Exceptionally equipped with pots and pans and plenty of dishes.
Living Room - Features a fold out queen sofa sleeper, gas long fireplace, and TV with home theater surround sound.
Patio - The best feature of The Seasons is the quiet scenic patio with heavy patio chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The Seasons is a condo complex situated right on the banks of the Snake River and only a 2 minute walk across a foot bridge to Keystone Lake. Nestled among mature spruce trees, The Seasons is one of the most beautiful properties in Keystone. While being a quiet mountain getaway, it is a mere 1/4 mile walk to The Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Lake are literally just a couple minutes away by foot along a well lighted trail through the tall trees, where you can find activities such as ice skating, paddle boats, bike trails, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and much much more.
The bike path is across the Snake River which leads down the scenic valley to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon and eventually to Frisco and Breckenridge.
A unique common area features 2 hot tubs and a fire pit with wood supplied, and is only a few steps away from every property at The Seasons.
Keystone Lake - Just a couple minutes of walking on a well lit pathway and over a walking bridge you'll find paddle boats, ice skating, shops, restaurants, and much more.
Snake River - Right over the embankment. You can even hear the Sname River while sitting on the patio. Next to the river is the bike path that leads both up and down the valley to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.
Keystone Conference Center - Less than 1/3 mile from the Keystone Conference Center. Just a quick walk over the bridge and around the lake. There is even a tunnel under US Hwy 6 so you don't have to cross the road! Less than a 5 minute walk.
Shuttle Stop - Literally about 25 feet from the front door. take the FREE shuttle anywhere in Keystone. The ride to the ski lifts is less than 5 minutes. No walking in ski boots!
Outdoor Hot Tubs - The common area is about 75 feet away from the front door. 2 large outdoor hot tubs, locker rooms, sauna, and a large BBQ fire pit with supplied fire wood. Have a campfire right here! Towels are also supplied for all guests.
Plenty of Parking - Unassigned parking and plenty of it. If you have more than 1 car, no problem.

Year Purchased: 1999
As Colorado front range residents, we are avid skiers and spend a great deal of time in the mountains in the summer as well. Although we loved our day trips to Summit County, we were weary of spending hours on the highway stuck in traffic. In 1999, we bought a one bedroom condo in the SummitCove neighborhood of Summit County. We created a system for keeping our condo rented during the times we weren't using it and before we knew it, friends and friends of friends asked us to manage their condos. What started as a fun purchase has turned into a full time business with 10 employees!
Why the Owner Chose Mountain House, The Seasons
We wanted to have a variety of recreation opportunities. Keystone is located between Arapaho Basin and Breckenridge ski resorts. The drive to Vail is quick and easy, so we have access to 5 ski resorts. In the summer, we love to spend time at Lake Dillon, riding on the bike path to Breckenridge or hiking along the Colorado Trail. In addition, the outlet shops in Silverthorn are perfect for our guests who are not as adventurous in the outdoors.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We enjoy being just minutes from the gondola! We love the night skiing at Keystone, the shops and restaurants in the River Run Village and the snow shoe trails within a couple of miles. The summer festivals in River Run can't be beat.
