New ceramic tile flooring placed in early '08. Granite countertops added in January '06. Decor is bright and contemporary. Master bedroom has king bed and full bath. Second has a queen with a private bath as well. An upstairs private loft houses 2 twins, bath and changing room. Kitchen is white, pleasant and fully equipped. Dining area seats 6, and there are 3 additional stools surrounding the kitchen's bar.
Private deck overlooking lagoon, with views inside the villa from living, dining and master suite. Palmetto Dunes boasts 3, 18-hole PGA golf courses by designers Fazio, Jones and Hills. Tennis center has 23 clay and 2 hard courts. Paved trails wind throughout the plantation allowing for walkers, runners and cyclists.
