This beautiful unit is SECOND-ROW to the ocean, and set in the upscale Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes. This unique location combines the serenity of an 11-mile lagoon with the closeness of South Carolina's gorgeous beach. Ocean is a 90-second walk (we counted!)and you will have free use of the Hampton Place and Barrington OCEAN-FRONT POOLS and Amenities.
New ceramic tile flooring placed in 2008. Granite countertops added in 2006. Decor is bright and contemporary. Master bedroom has king bed and full bath. Second has a queen with a private bath as well. An upstairs private loft houses 2 twins, bath and changing room. Kitchen is white, pleasant and fully equipped. Dining area seats 6, and there are 3 additional stools surrounding the kitchen's bar.
Private deck overlooking lagoon, with views inside the villa from living, dining and master suite. Palmetto Dunes boasts 3, 18-hole PGA golf courses by designers Fazio, Jones and Hills. Tennis center has 23 clay and 2 hard courts. Paved trails wind throughout the plantation allowing for walkers, runners and cyclists. Shopping, live entertainment, great restaurants and so much more are just outside Palmetto Dunes. Come enjoy!

Perfect location! Second-Row to ocean, so we're right across Ocean Lane from the water. We sit on a lagoon, so our back yard is peaceful, but our kids still love to fish there.

This villa occupies the best location that we have ever had in many stays on Hilton Head, with a deck overlooking a beautiful and quiet lagoon on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other (entry) side. It offered us the tranquility we seek on Hilton Head while being close to the amenities available at Palmetto Dunes. The well-maintained villa itself is nicely laid out with a compact, functional kitchen and a living room with good visibility to the lagoon, better, in fact than what appears in the listing photos of the space. The master bedroom and ample adjacent bathroom makes for a pleasant "suite" off the living area. The owners were very helpful in answering our prior queries.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

We loved 104 Abbington! Our 4 kids had a great time and the proximity to the pool and the beach were awesome! We enjoyed swimming at the pool, biking on the beach and walking to the general store. Great decor and great location.

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at 104 Abbington for a week in August and it was excellent. The proximity to the beach was great and the accomodations were superb! Thank you for a great week on Hilton Head Island.
