Elegant and comfortable, open-concept Mexican-style villa (Los Heroes #4) located in the gated oceanfront community of La Punta; the most exclusive and desirable area of Manzanillo. La Punta is impeccably manicured and landscaped - the jewel of the lovely Mexican Riviera. It has its very own pristine white sand tropical beach with ultra-modern ammenities (palapas for shade, large pool, gym, very nice washrooms with showers, outdoor shower, etc.) Food and bar service is available at the beach on weekends. La Punta also has an exceptionally well-maintained tennis facility with 4 lit courts and a full time pro.
With 4 bedrooms, this villa is one of the smaller (and hence more affordable) in La Punta. There are three stories of expansive ocean views including 20 foot windows on the entry level leading out to a spacious deck with private pool and palapa (open-air thatched gazebo), ideal for dining, leisure, and sunset drinks while overlooking Manzanillo Bay. Breathtaking views of the rugged Pacific coastline to the west and picturesque vistas of the twin bays of Manzanillo and Santiago to the south from every room in the villa.
The villa has 3 large and luxurious bedrooms each with Queen beds, as well as their own full ensuite bathroom. There is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and its own ensuite. The 3 large bedrooms have stunning ocean views. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably, and we will therefore book a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS, including children. The villa is tastefully furnished and has complete privacy, indoors and out. The kitchen is well-appointed with many brand new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, blender, microwave, 4-slice toaster), linens, cookware, and dinnerware. The rental includes daily house keeping. The housekeeper is also an accomplished cook who is available to hire to cook meals. Her fee ($25 usd for dinner, $50 to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner) includes food shopping, cooking, and clean up. On-location masseuse, and laundry service can easily be arranged.
La Punta is adjacent to the Las Hadas Resort (the setting for the Bo Derek movie "10") and all Las Hadas facilities are available to La Punta guests. There is a championship golf course ten minutes away at Las Hadas (La Mantarraya) which has been ranked in the top 100 courses in the world. There are two other world-class courses (Grand Bay golf course at Isla Navidad and El Tamarindo) within a 45 - 60 minute drive.
Virtually anything one could want is available within a short distance of the villa, including supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, banks and ATM machines, modern pharmacies, car rental companies, etc. Plaza Manzanillo is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and is a modern shopping centre with a number of interesting boutiques as well as large, modern supermarkets (including Walmart as of 2007) offering an excellent variety of food items.

A deposit of half of the rental fee is due immediately to reserve your dates.
Remaining half + $500 damage deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Rental deposit is non-refundable. Remainder is refunded if villa is rebooked.
