Minutes from world class ski resorts Squaw, Northstar, and Diamond Peak and walking distance to several private beaches along the lake. This home was completely remodeled in 2005 with all new appliances, granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, beds, carpets, and bathrooms. This cozy home offers two fireplaces, large backyard, and is surrounded by multi-million dollar neighborhood homes. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing family get-away.
Incline Village is one of the largest and most popular areas around Lake Tahoe. Just 35 miles from Reno, Tahoe International Airport or two hours from Sacramento, Incline Village offers skiing and outdoor activities including two golf courses each wrapped with incredible views of the lake. You can enjoy a dinner/dance cruise or choose from among more than 30 restaurants.
