A superb very private five bedroomed, three bathroom lakeside villa with its own heated pool and landscaped gardens with lovely views in a conservation area. This expensively furnished executive home, enjoys an excellent position on a private gated community of just a 110 upscale properties at Grand Reserve, Davenport, Orlando, and is available for very reasonable rates.
Very quiet, but only five minutes from Interstate four providing easy access to everything that Central Florida has to offer and only 15 minutes from Disney World. Close enough to all the major attractions, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want to relax and get away from the crowds. Only eight minutes drive to route 192 packed with bars, restaurants and shopping. Try a visit to "Celebration," stepping back in time to the 1900s for afternoon tea and relaxing walks. Our villa provides an ideal base for your holiday in the theme park capital of America.
Nearby there are two new beautiful golfing resorts. Champions Gate includes the recently opened Omni Center and Hotel, with a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, while the lovely Reunion Golf Course includes Riding Stables. The area also benefits from having a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and numerous other shops for all those day-to-day needs.
The villa is fully furnished with TV's/Video’s in every room, DVD player, mini hi-fi, and includes a number of luxury features such as deluxe carpets in all bedrooms, ceramic flooring throughout the other areas, and sliding patio door access to the outdoor covered pool area.
Fully equipped Games Room with Pool table, Foosball Table and Electronic Dartboard. High-speed Internet access. Board games, books, CD's, DVD's and videos available for all ages.
Accommodation includes one master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, with access to the pool. Second bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite also leading out to the pool. One further bedroom with queen-size bed and a further twin bedroom sharing an adjacent bathroom. The 'den' converts to a fifth bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed. There are top of the range appliances in the kitchen and automatic ceiling fans in all the main living areas and every bedroom.
The heated pool is secluded, not overlooked by adjacent properties and is fully screened with patio furniture, sun loungers, and pool toys for the children!
Our vacation rental villa is fully licensed by the State of Florida. A professional management company, maintain the property on our behalf, providing a 24 hour seven day per week service for our guests.
