We are licensed to sleep up to 12 people.
We've got just the home for your family and friends, which is located just a 10 minute drive to Disney World, 15 Minutes to Seasworld and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
Our beautiful Kissimmee home has two master bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom.
For our younger guests we have provided Two Themed Twin Bedrooms.
We have a Mickey Mouse Themed Bedroom with Mickey styled TV with DVD Player.
The 2nd Twin Bedroom is a Lively Super Hero Theme, with colourful lighting, and "Marvel" characters .
The 3rd twin bedroom has a more grown-up theme.
Finally there is a queen size sleep sofa in one of the lounge areas.
Our air-conditioned home features a private screened swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a stunning lake view, Two separate lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen plus all laundry facilities. But that's not all. There is also a superbly equipped games room with Slate bed pool table, air hockey, table football, music centre, an XBOX with Xbox games . Cable TV and a DVD player.

We had a great holiday, The villa was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed, The games room was great.The view from the pool was fantastic, We had a family of ducks visiting us 3 times a day to be fed. The location of the villa was very good and was within walking distance of Wallmart and an English Pub. I would recomend this villa to anyone.

We recently returned from a family vacation in Orlando. This rental was perfect for two families, that included 4 adults and 7 children, ages 9-18. The house was immaculate, the location was great, and the kids loved the game room. The air-conditioner temperature was warmer than we are use to, but we did adjust to it somewhat. Everything is exactly how it is advertised on this website and the owners were very helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you for allowing our family the rental of your home!

We all love the house. The pool was great. We had lots of fun in it. TT he area was perfect. Very convenient to everything. My kids now want a built in pool and games room. Thank you very much!
