Our Trappeur Villas unit has a total of 1200 sq. ft. plus a double car heated garage. Private location sitting up next to national forest with the Blue River running right in front of the unit. Large deck with grill and outdoor furniture so you may enjoy it all.
Walk the trail to Peak 9 ski lift and yet feel that you are secluded from the town's visitors. Breckenridge is a victorian village located at an altitude of 9600 ft. Also can easily travel to Keystone, Copper Mountain or Vail from this location. Shuttle services provided by the city with a bus stop just outside the entrance.
Our unit is one of eight units built in the Trappeur Villas complex. It is the far end unit so it provides privacy. No other unit between you and the mountains and river. Stand on the deck and watch the fish in the river below. Sleep in the summer with the door open and hear the river flow. Breckenridge is the ultimate location for skiing in the winter and the perfect get away from the heat in the summer.
