Nestled in the aspen trees, with the babbling sounds of Burgess Creek running along side the home, this VERY Private setting is ideal for large or two family gatherings.

This BRAND NEW, 3 level, 4 bedroom + loft home can sleep 12 (8 in bedrooms and two more on pullouts). Then we have inflatable Queen Mattress and extra areas for kids or adult. It has an awesome kitchen on the main level, with State-of-the-Art appliances... plus the added bonus of a mini-kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher on the lower level which makes it perfect for teens or second family. Designed with three living areas, there's a place for everyone to enjoy family time, or even find their own peace and quiet next to the fireplace.

After a day of skiing or summer activities enjoy the brand new 6 person Hotsprings HotTub on the back deck while listening to your favorite XM Satellite Channel on the outdoor speakers. The house is also wired to have "XM' or your favorite CD's playing in most any room in the house.

ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE.
- RESERVATIONS: There is a deposit required to book. And rates listed do not include taxes.
- No refunds 45 days or less prior to your arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance.
- PETS: Sorry no Pets are allowed. Excellent boarding of pets is available in area.
- HOUSEKEEPING: The house is professionally cleaned and inventoried before each guest arrives. We do not provide daily housekeeping service, but additional services can be arranged for a fee.
- CHECK-IN TIME is 4pm and CHECK-OUT TIME is 10am.

People love the fact that our Log home sits back in a protected forest and while convenient to town or lifts, you have a very private setting that doesn't have the typical town home or condo row affect so popular in steamboat... You are all by yourself at our home.

  • Great Skiing (levels for everyone)... Steamboat Skiing is the BEST FAMILY SKIING ANYWHERE! New 6 person lifts being put in for this SKI SEASON. The Mountain is all new. Also, you've got to go TUBING down the mountain at night! Rafting down the Colorado River, or just grab a tube on the Yampa in town, Horseback Riding in the continental divide. Riding ATV's is a blast and 30 minutes away. Also a you can be in the Rocky Mountain National Park in a couple hours or head out of town to see Dinosaur fossils by the state line.
