This condo is in a 2400 acre lushly landscaped gated community five miles from world class Barefoot Beach. The community has many amenities available to residents and renters. There is a private 34 acre beach in the Gulf for picnicking, swimming, sunbathing,or enjoying a spectacular sunset. There are lounge chairs, umbrellas, and bathrooms with a shelter. A shuttle goes to the island every half hour. One can also take advantage of the kayaks or canoes from the canoe livery to travel the miles of tributaries through wildlife and mangrove preserves. Lighted tennis courts, sunfish sailboats and a new fitness center with abundant exercise equipment are available.There are nationally ranked public golf courses nearby. There are miles of sparsely traveled roads on which to walk or jog throughout the community.The kids can use the children's play park.
The unit is a first floor end unit assuring easy access and greater privacy and quietness. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a walk in closet and large bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with adjoining bath. The den is bright with a queen sized pull out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped opening to a dining area. The living room opens to a screened lanai. There are many windows adorned with plantation shutters allowing one to enjoy the refreshing sunshine and large green lawn with creek on the edge of the property. The pool and spa are conveniently just across from the unit. Two bicycles are available.
