This 6-bedroom house is a great beach house. It is two houses away from the beach and has a big fenced-in yard. Please call Lorreen at 617 281-6457 for booking info.
The downtown area is a short walk away where you will find restaurants, grocery store/liquor store, hardware store, etc. Movies are shown outdoors in the downtown area every week throughout the summer.
There are two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two singles) on the first floor with a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, and a great screened-in porch.
The second floor has a bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub. There is a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two singles, and two bedrooms with a queen in each.
There is a basement with a room with bunk beds and a couch with a TV. There is another room in the basement with a foosball table and ping pong table with a washer/dryer. There are about four TVs in the house and a DVD player and VHS player.
There is parking for three cars offstreet and parking on the street, too. There is an outdoor shower.
There is a large deck off of the kitchen overlooking the yard that has two patio tables seating at least six at each. There is also an area with Adirondack chairs seating approx. 10. There is a badminton net and an area for horseshoes and, of course, a hammock.
There are some water views, but they are so small, they're not really worth mentioning. There are two gas grills. The kitchen has a dishwasher/disposal.
This is a fun house that will bring many happy memories to any family vacation. We do not accept pets, and all smokers must smoke outdoors. There are canal cruises that leave from Onset Bay daily (walking distance). $2500 per week, $300 deposit ($100 retained for cleaning).
