The Angelina Newell House

You will absolutely love this 6 bedroom beach house! It is two houses away from the beach and has a big fenced-in yard. The downtown area is a short walk away where you will find restaurants, grocery/liquor store, hardware store, etc. Movies are shown outdoors in the downtown area every week throughout the summer.

The Angelina Newell House has two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two singles) on the first floor with a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, and a great screened-in porch. The second floor has a bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub. There is a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two singles, and two bedrooms with a queen in each. The basement has a room with bunk beds and a couch with a TV. There is also another room in the basement with a foosball table and ping pong table with a washer and dryer. There are about four TVs in the house, a DVD player and a VHS player.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and disposal. The large deck is off of the kitchen overlooking the yard and has two gas grills, two patio tables, with seating for at least six at each. There is also an area with Adirondack chairs seating approx. 10. There is a badminton net, an area for horseshoes, and of course, a hammock. In true beach house fashion, there is also an outdoor shower!

Parking is very convenient with three off street spaces and parking on the street, too.

This is a fun house that will bring many happy memories to any family vacation. We do not accept pets, and all smokers must smoke outdoors. There are canal cruises that leave from Onset Bay daily (walking distance).

The cost to lease is $2500 per week Saturday-Saturday through July and Sunday-Sunday in August on, which does not include the $300 security deposit ($100 retained for cleaning). Please call Jon at 781-290-8431 for more booking info.
