About this property

Beautiful and spacious chalet of contemporary architecture. The chalet is situated on a big piece of land with no close neighbors allowing for complete privacy.

There is a generous living room, dining room and kitchen area of about 70m2. Big bay windows offer a grandiose panorama on the Alps and the Rhône valley. There is a direct access to the terrace.

Two bedrooms have their private bathrooms and three bedrooms share the two other bathrooms. All the rooms are of generous size and have a nice view on the mountains.

The sauna and the home-cinema bring comfort to the chalet.

Situated a few minutes by car from the ski resorts Haute-Nendaz and Siviez, you have direct access to the "4 Vallées" ski area of which Verbier takes part.

Un chalet merveilleux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos amis. Le chalet est splendide, très bien équipé, très lumineux et au calme, bénéficiant de vues très belles. Tout était parfait !

Fabulous

Nicolas' property is spectacular as are the views from it. The photos really do not do the place justice. We were a group of 10 adults and found that we had ample space to congregate as the property has a very large living area and dining area. Bedrooms were immaculate and the film room with projector screen was a great touch. Great, well equipped kitchen which we used every night. 5 minutes walk at most to the ski bus to Siviez or into Nendaz although the walk to Nendaz only takes around 15 minutes. Great communication from Nicolas and Gwen who took care of the check in and check out. We were very well looked after and hope to stay again.

Magnifique chalet et vacances réussies

Nous étions 9 dans le chalet, et nous en avons profité au maximum. Beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde, chacun peut trouver son bonheur selon le choix de ses activités. Accès pratique depuis Nendaz ou Siviez, et le chalet est très bien conçu, avec un grand vestiaire par exemple. Les parents étaient également contents de trouver une grande cuisine parfaitement équipée! Merci Nicolas!

Magnifique chalet tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille pour les fêtes de Noe dans cette propriété. Le chalet est magnifique, extrêmement fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. La vue et la luminosité sont exceptionnelles. De belles prestations, une tenue impécable. Un peu à l'écart de la route, mais en même temps proche de la station, on bénéficie donc de calme mais aussi de services proches. L'accès peut être compliqué pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. La situation pour le ski est idéale, au coeur des 4 vallées., mais aussi pour la randonnée pour les marcheurs. L'accueil et le support en cas de besoin sont à la fois très agréables et efficaces. Une adresse à conseiller

Excellente location

Semaine de rêve de ski dans un chalet de rêve. Quoi demander de plus? Le chalet est encore mieux et plus spacieux que ce que présentent les photos. Il y a de tout et le propriétaire est disponible, sympa et toujours prêt à aider. Le domaine skiable est impressionnant et le chalet est à quelques minutes en voiture de son centre ce qui facilite l'accès. En bref, un séjour impeccable dans un chalet de rêve. Quoi demander de plus?
