This beautiful seven bedroom, five bath villa is situated on the magnificent Hampton Lakes Development just 15 minutes drive from Disney World and close to all other major attractions, including numerous golf courses and is ideal for fishing enthusiasts.
Sleeps 16 comfortably, our property has three master bedrooms, all have en-suite bathrooms and generous walk in wardrobes, plus TV. Master bedrooms two and three situated on the first floor have king-size beds are beautifully furnished,have telephones and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. The other four bedrooms have twin beds and all but one has direct access to bathroom/shower. There are two cots and two full-size roll away beds.
Pool/Jacuzzi. The private heated pool/jacuzzi is south facing and is a generous 30 by 15 feet, it has under water lighting and is mesh covered to keep out the flies and bugs while you are topping up that tan, there are sunbeds and pool furniture for your use plus a gas BBQ. You will find beach towels and a hair dryer for your convenience.
The ground floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed, this room is suitable for persons with walking difficulties.
The utility room is fully equipped for all your laundry needs, this leads to the games room which has a pool table, foosball table, tennis equipment, two sets of golf clubs and badminton racquets for the kids 'young and not so young' plus TV and stereo unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area there is also a breakfast bar, this opens up to the family room which has a TV. VCR.DVD.and stereo unit,in this are there is also a highchair. The separate formal dining room/lounge is lavishly furnished and is ideal for those special evenings at home.
