Fripp Island is an incredible nature preserve private island located between Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC; 1 hour from Hilton Head Island. The island is a private, gated resort community with 2 championship golf courses (one a renowned Davis Love III design), a tennis complex (clay and hardcourts) and a variety of pool options including an ocean/marsh front complex housing 5 different pools including a heated pool.
Our villa is located in New Haven Village at Ocean Point on the north end of the island; this is the more peaceful, quiet and less congested part of the island! We offer 2 large bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds! With the large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook you'll have nearly 1500 SQ FT OF LIVING SPACE- this is amongst the largest 2 bedroom accomodations on the island! ALSO, OUR UNIT IS MANAGED BY FRIPP ISLAND RESORT. This allows our renters access to FREE amenity cards, 20% discount off golf cart rentals, housekeeping & services on Fripp Island!
Directly across the road from the covered parking garage is the noted Ocean Point Golf Course (which also has inexpensive junior golf lessons during the summer) and The Ocean Point Grill...grab your clubs and walk over to play a round or stop in for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner at the grill. Directly off New Haven's newly renovated patio decking you'll have access to beach at low tide and fishing/crabbing anytime. Also, enjoy the deck furniture overlooking the ocean. Directly to the ocean side of the villa is the Ocean Point Pool, kid pool and playground, again just a few steps away. You'll have a view of all of these from the living room, master bedroom, and the large furnished deck! Wake up with a view of the ocean from the Master bedroom and enjoy the beautiful ocean, pool and golf views from our deck off the living room!
As our guest you and your guests will have access to all amenities including resort restaurants, snack bars, pools, golf and tennis as well as on-island rentals via Amenity Cards WHICH ARE INCLUDED in our rental program. ***(Note, this can be an additional charge per person with other rentals on Fripp ($50/week per person over 12 years old).

We enjoyed staying in this awesome 2 bedroom condo. The condo contained everything we needed for our vacation! The kitchen was fully stocked and we ate on the deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. We went to sleep and woke up to hearing the ocean waves! The Village of New Haven complex is a perfect location on the island. We were located next to the pool and the Ocean Point Golf Course. The condo complex had a parking deck, grills & tables, swings in the courtyard, deck furniture & a gazebo; things that other condos did not have. We loved hanging out. At low tide we could walk out far on the ocean floor, and at high tide we could see the dolphins! The island has bike paths everywhere and we could see the deer everywhere as we rode our bikes and walked. A perfect vacation. Thanks!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved our time at Fripp. It was our first time visiting the island and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island and running into the wildlife. Our son was happy as a clam in the tidal pools, children's pool with slides, and Hunting Island next door! We can't wait for our next trip back to Fripp and plan on using this very conveniently located condo again!

Very nice condo & island. We found so much wildlife -- deer ( of course), gators, horseshoe crabs, sand dollars, crabs, starfish, dolphins, etc... We loved walking out to the sandbar. We enjoyed a dinner out at Boondocks. Great vacation with the kids.

We rented this beautiful condo for our honeymoon/family vacation. The weather was beautiful all week long. We celebrated our second youngest girl's birthday while we were here. We loved going out during low tide and collecting sea shells. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. I couldn't think of a better way to blend our new family.

Sister, Brother, and Brother-in-law...we all spent a week together. Something for all of us - beach, waves, shells, bike riding, fishing, walking, companionship, pool,and golf carts. Enjoyed eating at Boondocks and Johnson's Tavern. Great time had by all.

We loved our 1st trip to Fripp. Collecting sand dollars and feeding the deer was the best! Barbara Jeans is our new favorite restaurant - it was great! Boogie boarding was a blast too. We'll be back... thanks for the great accommodations, great location on the island!

We loved our trip!! Driving around on the golf cart everywhere, visiting the alligators & deer was a blast! It was a great family vacation before school. The condo was perfect... and quiet. We loved the pool here.
