Fantastic stay with great amenities
My group had a lovely time at this chalet. From day 1, the host was attentive and communicative, always replying back within the same day or by the next. We were a large group of adults (6) but we all fit very well within the house. The two double bedrooms are spacious, one is an ensuite and the other has a small sink (very helpful!). The bunkbed room is more cramped but perfect for kids or 2 adults. All rooms had excellent storage for storing bags and clothes. The upstairs had a lovely couch area in front of the fire and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. Anything we needed, we could find. including multiple types of glasses, raclette, fondue, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and lots of utensils. The bottom level also has an excellent storage area for boots and skis as well as a bonus utility room with washer/dryer and an additional fridge (ver helpful). Our favorite part was the massive outdoor jacuzzi with the view of mount blanc. For 6 people, we had plenty of room and the water was crystal clear when we arrived showing that it's regularly maintained. If you come to the chalet, a car is a necessity. You can take a free local bus from the bottom of the St Gervis Telecabine and then there is a short walk, but a car provides much more flexibility. Some of our group would take the bus down to the telecabine in the AM for skiing but the lines were always quite long (we were there during the school season) so we preferred the short drive to Bettex which is mid station and there's a good amount of free parking there. I ended up renting my skis from Claude Penz at the Bettex midstation and left my things each day in a locker directly next to the slopes. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, perfect for groups that like to relax in the evening, cook together and play some games.
