Teak outdoor furniture of very good quality with large table and armchairs on the terrace, living room with bench, sun loungers and coffee table for the aperitif under the pergola.
3 Bedrooms (2 with a large bed and 1 with 2 small beds), living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and bath, baby cot with all accessories, in a residential area, close to all amenities.
History and historical monuments: Avignon is one of the rare cities of France with battlements intact. Constructed under Pope Innocent VI and Urban V from 1353 to 1370, they are 5 km long. Seven main doors and some small posterns allow the entrance. Intra Muros is where the main cultural events take place. There are museums, cinemas, theatres and historical monuments. Among those to be visited are the Palais des Papes (from the 14th century), the Petit Palais, the Maison Jean Vilar, the Musée Aubanel, the Pont St-Bénézet, Notre Dame des Doms, and many other monuments. You will enjoy the walks and the shopping along the old streets as well as being comfortably sat on a shaded terrace to feel the particular atmosphere of this extraordinary city during the world renowned festival and with the IN, the OFF, and the street.
