You are looking at a beautiful, private home on 12 acres bordering the White Mountain National Forest, Nature Conservancy land and Lovell Land Trust property, with 660 feet of frontage on Horseshoe Pond, which is a small, clean water lake just west of Kezar Lake in Lovell, Maine. Our small pond is unique because there is a six horsepower limit on boats, making it perfect for canoeing, kayaking and swimming, yet is less than 10 minutes from the marina and public boat launch on Kezar Lake.
The house has a queen bed in the first floor master bedroom and a double and two twin beds in the upper loft area. Also on the first floor is a full bath with tub, a full kitchen, an open dining room and living room area, screen porch and deck. A set of stairs lead down to a pine point on the lake. There is not a sand beach, but there is a 12 foot dock which gets plenty of sun and a small cove for putting in a canoe or kayak. Both are included. The lower level of the house has a bunk room and a full bath with washer and dryer.
