Wait until you see our immaculate 1800 square foot carriage home! It is much larger than other condos and overlooks a lovely lake. What a wonderful setting with beautiful views from every angle!
We offer three huge bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with an oversized shower stall. Bedroom two has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom which has two double beds. All bedrooms are oversized. The open floor plan of the dining and living rooms offers plenty of room to relax and kick back!
We offer a full kitchen with all upgraded appliances including microwave, dishwasher and all new cooking equipment and utensils. The laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen for ease of use. A screened-in lanai with large dining table and chairs welcomes happy hour at the end of a hard day at the beach!
There is a shared pool within 100 yards,which includes plenty of lounging space as well as a hot tub for extra relaxation. This area overlooks a lovely lake on the property.
You will find our condo to be everything you need: 4 miles to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva, and appointed with everything you may desire at your home away from home!
