Our beautiful, tropical, waterfront villa is located on a large, peaceful canal with direct access to the bay. The villa is centrally located. Just minutes from the Placida, Boca Grande, Englewood and Manasota Key beaches as well as all the other local activities offered in this area! Location, Location, Location!!!
The Villa is right next door to Duffy's Golf Course, and moments from four 18-hole golf courses in Rotunda, with extreme proximity to the 40 other golf courses in the area. Riverwood is just a stones throw away. The shopping areas of Port Charlotte, Englewood, and Venice are a just a few minutes drive. Enjoy the finest dining, tropical beaches, or just the serene peace of Florida in our beautiful villa. An exceptionally great central location to everything!
Our villa has just been redecorated! The new photos will be listed shortly. There is a beautiful canal view right out your front door with a patio to enjoy the peaceful sunrises and sunsets next to the water. If you prefer to stay inside, enjoy the view from the large picture window or sliding glass doors overlooking the canal! There are no homes or buildings across from the canal as the land is owned by the county and cannot be built on. The view from the patio is pure Floridain nature and perhaps an Alligator or two! Perfect for the fisherman! This quiet villa is located in the Gardens of Gulf Cove. Enjoy peaceful sunrises and sunsets next to the water!
The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area with chairs. The master bath is attached with a double sink vanity. The venetian style shower is in a seperate room to allow for privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is on the other side of the the villa to ensure privacy for all guests. It is furnished with two twin beds. The second bathroom is located next to the second bedroom and is ample in size. The large living room overlooks the patio and the canal. The eat in kitchen has sliding glass doors accessing the patio overlooking the canal. There is an additional sitting room/den/or office area furnished with a desk and a sitting table and chairs; perfect for reading a book, finishing up paperwork, drinking a cup of coffee, planning your day or calling friends and family while on holiday!.
