For rent: this two bedroom, two bath condo that sleeps up to six guests. The first floor, handicap accessible unit is situated on beautiful Isla Del Sol and features tropical views. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
For fishing and relaxation, this condo is located on the beach of the Boca Ceiga Bay and has a pool and jacuzzi, all right out your back door. The full kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, microwave, and is fully stocked, just bring the food and drinks. This condo also includes a full laundry area.
Just across the causeway are St. Pete Beach and Passagrille Island, both have beautiful Gulf beaches and waterside restaurants with great sunset viewing and entertainment. Boat and jet-ski rentals are also available close by.
This location is 20 minutes from St. Pete Airport as well as 30 minutes from Tampa Airport and Tampa Stadium. Disney World is just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Isla Del Sol.

The Unique Benefits at this CondoThe sunsets from our condo are fantastic, whether you are sitting on the couch, cooking, or doing dishes the sunsets are one of the best things about this condo. You can enjoy the beach just steps from the condo- no need to haul your cooler all the way to the public beach, this condo has one steps outside your door. It's great for the kids to be able to get out there and toll the ball or look for shells without loading up the car!!
this beautiful park with beaches, kayak rentals, bike trails has everything you need for a geat day in the sun just 10 minutes from the condo on the island.

Greg and Sue Deutscher are long time Indiana residence who have been coming to the St. Petersburg area since the 1970's. We love to get away from the cold and snow and enjoy beautiful sunsets at the condo. We hope to retire in the area soon.

We stayed here for a week this summer and it was a wonderful experience! The condo was very clean and was big enough for 6 of us. We loved walking out the back door to the beach and the pool. Our three daughters swam every day and had a great time. We will definitely stay again when we come back to St. Pete. Owners were great to work with too!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is my SECOND visit to this fabulous condo and it won't be my last! Love watching the dolphins go by all day and the boats going thru the bridge. SUPER quiet complex with all you need for a great vacation. Easy access to Pass a Grille, downtown St Pete and attractions. If anyone is coming to St Pete for jaw surgery thru the Piper Clinic, this place is an exceptional place to recuperate!!! Thank you for a lovely place!

This condo is one of the nicest we've ever rented; it was very clean and very well stocked! The kitchen was nicely stocked with high quality dishes, pans etc. The king bathroom was exceptional and the guest bathroom was very roomy as well. The pool and beach area were just about 50 feet from your 1st floor door - very convenient. We loved having the washer/dryer directly in our unit. The condo rental includes a private parking spot right out your front door. We were only minutes from St. Petersburg beach.
Owner response: We have been enjoying the area for a long time and want everyone to see how beautiful it is. We want it to be as clean and nice as if we were renters as well. We have just remodeled and hope to see new renters soon!!
