Our smoke-free condominium is an end unit located on the third floor offering beautiful natural light, privacy and quiet. The view overlooks the 11th hole of the Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club. This designer decorated unit, with amenities throughout, ensures that you enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home.
The master suite has a king-size bed. There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a king-size pull-out sofa in the den which can be closed off for privacy. With the use of a large sectional couch in the living room you can sleep as many as seven. TV/VCR/DVDs in the living room, bedrooms, and den will ensure you can always catch your favorite programs or movies.
For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, lanai and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped for those times when you choose to stay in. The kitchen, dining room, and lanai each seat four. For your convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer as well as a one car covered parking area.
Spend your days playing golf on the championship Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course. Swim, join the organized classes and activities (there is a full-time activities director), or just relax by the resort-sized, club pool. Play tennis, enjoy miles of walking and biking paths, or work out in the club health and fitness center. The club restaurant offers both casual fare and fine dining. An additional $250 transfer fee allows your family to take advantage of the amenities of the club. Minimum cart and green fees are extra.
Visits to the nearby Naples beaches as well as other nearby towns (Fort Myers, Marco Island, and Sanibel Island) are a must. The beautiful clear water, great shelling, fishing and palm trees provide a tropical paradise. The array of awesome restaurants and shopping are endless.
