Close to everything that Tahoe Donner has to offer - Nordic Ski Center, Golf Course, Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreational Center including three pools and jacuzzi, health club, and spa. Enjoy fishing, hiking and swimming out your front door. Located minutes from downtown Truckee and nearby to Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, and Northstar. A half hour drive to Tahoe or Reno. It is truly the ideal location for all the area has to offer.
The house is perfect for a big family gathering or families traveling together. Upstairs there is a spacious great room open to the gourmet kitchen where everyone can spend time comfortably while hanging out together, playing games, watching TV, or preparing a gourmet meal. The house has four bedrooms total, two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and another with attached bathroom. The home is beautifully decorated and has a real luxurious mountain feel. We have small children and so the house is kid friendly. Downstairs we also set up an area for the kids to hang out watch TV and play games. We work while we are there so there is a fax machine, access to a computer port and wireless DSL throughout the house. |
