The view took our breath away when we arrived. When we got into the cabin we where stunned it is so amazing, it is even better than the website pictures. We had a very time. The view, peace and the serenity were excellent. We enjoyed the little surprise of wine and chocolates. Everything about this cabin welcomes you, it was clean and fresh surrounded by tree's and nature and a porch that we sat on endlessly day and night. The newly added extra bathroom was a huge bonus when our adult son and his wife joined us. Always fast to respond to our emails. Dans Steakhouse with a steak for 2 is a must, Luray Caverns and the Museum is good, a trip to Skyland for lunch was nice.

I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I had a great time at the Cabin. The cabin was beautiful, and the views just couldn't be beat!! We had a wonderful two weeks at your cabin. It is very obvious that you are proud of the cabin and its location. We appreciated the beauty of the location and the comfort of the cabin. (We didn’t expect internet but we thank you for that, too). Bill We really enjoyed our stay at your Mountain Retreat. It was everything you said it would be a great retreat. I did enjoy the wine and picked up a couple of more bottles from the winery while we were there. I will be sure to post a comment on your website for others to read. I just wanted to let you know, that we had one of the best times of our lives. The cabin was the perfect retreat for us. Everything was clean and neat. From the moment we walked in the bottle of wine you had left us for our anniversary to the feeling of home conforts all around us instantly relaxed us. To open the door onto the deck is breathtaking the view is incredible. I stacked my leftover firewood on the front deck; there should be enough to get your next guest two nights of a nice warm log fire. Thank you very much!!!! We can not wait to come back again. The relief of finding something so welcoming and comfortable after a long flight was amazing. I wish all my business trips included this accomodation.

We arrived safe and sound I had been travelling for 2 days back from Iraq to meet Nikki! YOU DID A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!! You had set the cabin up exactly as I requested with all the gifts and clues for her to find, when she pulled back the drapes and saw the sign on the window and the view behind it Nikki said YES! and we enjoyed the champagne! What a welcome in the mountains it took our breath away when we arrived, the view and the cabin are equally amazing. Opening the door was like walking into a home with every comfort, amenity and facilty. We did not want to leave. We have never experienced such a private, peaceful vacation, the owners just made us feel the cabin belonged to us for the week and never disturbed us. The hot tub day and night was relaxing looking at the view or the stars. Trying to book our next vacation here. Steve & Wendy

We loved the cabin and enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the sunsets, the hot tub, and the view is UNBELIEVABLE. It's all the we hoped for. I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for your help with our cabin rental this past weekend. It was an amazing cabin with unforgetable views of the mountains. It was a pleasure to open the door and find such a nice, refreshing clean cabin that was so well equipped with everything. My daughter and I had a great time (despite the rainy weather) celebrating her 13th birthday! We had a great weekend up at the cabin! I grew up in the mountains in India, so waking up with a view is almost like waking up at home (minus the good food). I look forward to the next time we make it up there. REBOOKED for July 4 weekend!
