Had a wonderful "Girls Weekend" stay in Westhampton at Rose's Beach House. 10 ladies with plenty of room to sleep and private baths. Views of the Atlantic were wonderful as the weather was delightful in March. Walk right out to the beach from the sliding doors. We even had a "PolarBear" plunge by one of us to celebrate her retirement coming up! Relaxing atmosphere and the kitchen island was a great spot to gather around for cocktails in the evening and coffee in the morning. St. Patricks Day Parade on Main Street in Westhampton Beach also was a lot of fun as were the local restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Montauk and neighboring towns. The rental process went smoothly, as Rose and her associates were easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of is to bring all toiletries and kitchen cleaning products like dish detergent, soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc which is stated in the contract. ENJOY!

The woman whom I rented from could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. She was extremely helpful and nice. It is a wonderful house for groups of people, because it is well taken care of, but not fussy so you feel like you can make yourself at home without breaking anything. It is equipped with the full range of fun, luxurious vacation items- from a large cooking kitchen to an outside grill, patio, pool and extraordinary view (experienced both outside and via the multiple, large windows in every room) and access to the beach. I went there with a group of my girlfriends for a weekend getaway and the house proved to be the ideal setting for a weekend of relaxation, fun and bonding.

Had an AMAZING time in this fabulous house; I came for Memorial Day weekend. The house is conveniently on the beach. The heated hot tub/pool were great. All of the rooms were spacious and very clean. Loved that we got a lof of sunlight, as much of the house was made up of windows. Great for a big party. Would come back again.

The house was everything as described and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living spaces were very suitable for larger groups as there several couches and dining tables with plenty of room for a large group. The outdoor area was well maintained with a large pool and hot tub. Last but not least, the beach was very quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to enjoy it all. Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and we didn't want to leave! Rose is great to work with and is very prompt and timely with all of our questions. We definitely plan on returning again soon!

This property is one of the most memorable places we have ever been. It is located in a prime location in Westhampton Dunes and right on the ocean. What a great place to relax and catch your breath especially for both of us who are partners on Wall Street. Far enough away from NYC to relax but close enough not to spend hours driving or on a plane. Great get away place. Also dealing with the owner and her assistant is a great experience. We are heading there again this summer. Just love being here.

What a fantastic weekend!! We held our annual GWA in this beautiful home and created memories that will last a lifetime. The house is great with tons of room and plenty of bathrooms - enough for 10 women. The kitchen was huge, allowing all of us to be together while cooking. The panoramic ocean views were magnificent, the beach pristine! Rose and her husband Harry responded immediately with any questions we had and made us feel right at home. We rented the house on the last weekend in March and though it was just above 40 degrees we were able to sit outside on the deck facing the ocean. The owner is an architect, who designed the exterior of the house to be protected from the ocean winds. This allowed us to sit outside for hours each day. We will certainly be back next year and would recommend this house to anyone and everyone! Thank you Rose for a most memorable weekend!!!

What an amazing weekend! We created such great memories and this home helped us do just that. We started with a suprise party for our sister, had a sit down dinner for 28 people oceanside- under the stars, buggie boarded by day and laughed into the night. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and that gave everyone great privacy. The kitchen is just amazing...Loved the warming rack!! This is a great "staycation" for local New Yorkers." Rose and Leora were so very helpful, always accessable for questions and made the home feel like our own! We can't wait to go back!

We found EVERYTHING to be top of the line here, and all of my guests felt as if they were in a Five Star Hotel . . . I have since learned that the owner is an architect who designed this gem himself. There is an abundance of glass walls and windows throughout the entire house allowing you to always see the dunes and ocean in the background and which makes you feel as if you are almost outdoors. My guests also appreciated the high end bathrooms almost all of which had thier own jacuzzis, steam showers etc . . . All it needs is a concierge desk by the front door and you are set . . .

The house was terrific for the event we had planned. It was a 50th birthday party for 36 guests with 12 staying. Rose knew how pressed for time we were and let us in earlier than check in time(very helpfull)The location is wonderfull !!!!!! The house was great for everyone that stayed every bedroom except one all have there own baths. The master is VERY LARGE including the bath. The views are great from all over the house. The pool is heated which was a plus for the ones that used it because it was cool for our stay. We had 36 people and never felt crowded in the space. The night we had the party it was a very nice night and guest could roam from inside and out to the deck and still be a part of the party. The house accommodated us very well, large island in the kitchen and the open floor plan worked so well. We were there for only 3 nights but I could get used to staying for much longer time, we had a great time.

This was the first time I rented a house for a vacation. The owner was wonderful! All commitments kept and the deposit returned quickly. This house and location are extraordinary -- the owner said it would be all I hoped for -- and it was. Plenty of space -- beautifully decorated. Easy to use kitchen. And a lovely pool and jacuzzi, and grill on the deck (one of many!) with a picture postcard view. Reserve this space early -- or you will not get it -- I am telling all our friends and family about it.

We rented this house for 2 weeks last August and were very happy with the house. We have rented other houses on Dune Road before but this house has many features that you normally do not find in a rental. The house has very large bedrooms each with cathederal ceilings and its own bathroom. The kitchen, living room and dining area are very large and the views of the beach and the ocean can be seen from every room in the house. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus as many homes on the beach dont have them. The house is well maintained and the owner spared no expense with the applinaces and the finishes. The location of the house is great and is 5 minutes from Westhampton and very easy drive to Southampton and East Hampton. Make sure you bring your bikes as riding into town is a very popular thing to do.

The house is just gorgeous. You can tell what a neat freak Rose is - everything is just spotless and shiny as if it was built today. I don't think you can find a comparable house in the Dunes. Our main concern was that my father-in-law who can't climb up steps should be able to enjoy vacation with his grandchildren. We had never rented a private home before and were used to staying in hotels for the elevator convenience so we checked out many houses in the area. We decided on this one and we were very happy we had not settled for less. As the owner reassured us, my father in law was able to stay in a bedroom on the main floor next to the kitchen and family room area and was able to be with the family at the pool and on the beach at all times yet the house is so big that he had his own privacy and didn't even hear my teens who stayed up pretty late. Worth every penny!

we rented this house and while the location was amazing, the owners were not great. they do not provide enough towels, they kept trying to show the house to prospective renters while we were there, and they jerry-rigged there smoke alarm, which went off while we were there with young kids and even the police couldn't turn it off. that was a nightmare. so, if you rent this house, beware.
