This EFFICIENCY CONDOMINIUM is located in the Islander Beach Resort Condominium Complex on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
From the condo, hear the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf and white sandy beaches. This condo is probably the LOWEST PRICED GULF FRONT CONDOMINIUM or hotel located ON THE BEACH in the OKALOOSA ISLAND and DESTIN BEACH area. Also available, is a huge heated pool and hot tub.
We have equipped our efficiency unit with the same cooking capabilities you would have in a larger unit with a separate kitchen. It has a small full size refrigerator /freezer, one burner cook top, microwave oven, small convection oven, sink, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, and other cooking accessories. When the weather is warm, enjoy eating outside on the balcony.
The condo rental includes KING BED and FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE BEACH SERVICE that includes 2 BEACH CHAIRS and UMBRELLA. Also included is a 42 inch PLASMA TV.

We chose the Islander Beach Resort efficiency due to it being close to the beach and water. This condo is on the beach and as close to gulf as you can get. Here you have the best views of the beach and gulf on Okaloosa Island. From the condo, all you here is the sound of waves crashing on the shore and occasional sea gulls.

Okaloosa Island is the ideal location for people who want to relax and enjoy the beach. The Okaloosa Island area is not crowded and you can rent a condo on the beach at a rate you can afford.

My husband I and I spent the week of Thanksgiving in this efficiency and it was perfect for 2 people. It had everything I could of think of plus more. The bed was comfortable and the view was lilke none other I have had. We can't wait to come back! Thanks Jay for a wonderful experience.

Condo was just as described. Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Great view. Will be back again. The owners were very nice and were very helpful. The beach chairs and umbrella were set-up and ready by 9:30 every morningt. Getting to the beach is hassle free, just a short walk and you are there. Thanks again Jay We enjoyed your condo.

We had the best time. Your condo was perfect for out small family. After looking at so many differant condos online I am glad I found this one. We can't wait to come back again. Great job on the bathroom remodel. The pool was so nice too. The washer and dryer was close. Being at the end of the hall made us feel like we had to whole floor to ourself. Never heard anyone. The beach was so clean and emerald green. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We can't wait to come back asap.
