This EFFICIENCY CONDOMINIUM is located in the Islander Beach Resort Condominium Complex on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
From the condo, hear the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf and white sandy beaches. This condo is probably the LOWEST PRICED GULF FRONT CONDOMINIUM or hotel located ON THE BEACH in the OKALOOSA ISLAND and DESTIN BEACH area. Aso available, is a huge heated pool and hot tub.
We have equipped our efficiency unit with the same cooking capabilities you would have in a larger unit with a separate kitchen. It has a small full size refrigerator /freezer, one burner cook top, microwave oven, small convection oven, sink, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, and other cooking accessories. When the weather is warm, enjoy eating outside on the balcony.
The condo rental includes KING BED and FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE BEACH SERVICE that includes 2 BEACH CHAIRS and UMBRELLA. Also included is a 42 inch PLASMA TV.

We chose the Islander Beach Resort efficiency due to its location. The efficiency is located as close to the beach as you can get. Here you have the best views of the beach and gulf on Okaloosa Island. From the condo, all you here is the sound of waves crashing on the shore and occasional seal gulls.

Okaloosa Island is the ideal location for people who want to relax and enjoy the beach. The Okaloosa Island area is not crowded and you can rent a condo on the beach at a rate you can afford.
