Our floating docks, deep-water access, private numbered space and convenient access to a public ramp, less than one-quarter mile away, make this a heavenly experience for boaters. Whether you have a kayak, a canoe, or up to a 23-foot boat, you will appreciate the convenience of having your boat right outside.
Our unit, #24, is a second-floor end unit, where the views are the BEST! From our deck, you will enjoy observing the wild ponies and famous lighthouse on Assateague Island , and the ducks and egrets right outside. If you are lucky enough to stay here during Pony Penning Week, you can even sit on the deck and watch the Pony Swim.
For nature lovers and bird watchers, the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge with its new Bateman Educational Center is just minutes away. And if you're more into sandcastles and frolicking in the ocean, the Assateague National Seashore is less than 10 minutes by car.
Take a tour of the town on the Chincoteague Trolley! A trolley stop is just a few hundred feet down the road.

Why the Owner Chose Chincoteague
Ever since I read Misty of Chincoteague in the 4th grade, I had always believed Chincoteague to be a magical place. And when I first visited the island during my college years, I KNEW it was. I convinced my husband to make it the destination of our very first vacation and we've been going there at least once each year ever since.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the serenity of the island in the fall, especially taking our bikes around town and walking over on the nature trails.

This was a perfect condo that my boyfriend and I enjoyed during the last week of June. The beach was about 10 minutes away and we saw wild ponies on the way there. It was nice to have a private, quiet week. This is a cozy little town with great food as well.

Sea Tag #24 was a perfect spot for our April 2008 vacation. The view from the deck was fabulous. We could see the lighthouse, wild ponies, herons, diving ducks, loons, and more. The accommodations were comfortable and the set-up suited us quite well. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. We definitely want to return and explore this area more!

This is a very comfortable unit with great amentities and a fabulous view of the channel and Assateague Island. You can see the stars at night and listen to the ponies across the water, sip wine and enjoy a relaxing dinner on the deck as the sun sets. We'll be back!
