Kokomo is a wonderful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has Ocean Views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a King Size bed and the other has a King bed and a trundle bed (with regular mattresses) which can be configured into another King or two twins. The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level -- living room and 2 additional bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and the other bedroom has a Queen Size bed. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, gas grill and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables. The dock has 3 to 4 feet of water at low tide and has electric and water. The fish are plentiful and easy to catch. Other amenities include 4 TVs with satellite service, 2 DVD players, stereo CD player, free Continental US long distance, High Speed Wireless Internet, all new appliances including washer and dryer, furniture, beds, beds linens and towels. You will LOVE it!!
