This is not your average beach rental. My Place at Cinnamon Beach is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and nearby access to the intercostal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the third floor, this single-level, end unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The breakfast nook effectively doubles the size of the already spacious kitchen and offers a view of the eighth tee box. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a 50-inch HDTV and Bose surround sound. The sofa also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed with feather topper from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his-and-her vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a king-size bed with a feather topper. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle that can convert to a third king-size bed. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs, a bar table, and dining table that can easily accommodate ten. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake. Pool towels are available for guest use at each clubhouse.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

  • The perfect vacation: All the comforts of home with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful tile floors, quality furnishings, TVs in each room. The owners have thought of everything! Excellent floorplan allows each bedroom to have real privacy. We love this area - lots to do with the kids! Marineland, the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine, or just hanging out by the pool. The resort pool is amazing! Oh, and the beach is beautiful! We plan to return soon!

  • My family has rented a condo in the St Augustine Beach area for probably 25 of the past 35 years. We have rented condos in at least eight different complexes. We just spent a week at My Place at Cinnamon Beach. My wife and I, as well as our children, all agree this is the best condo we have ever rented. The owner, Judy Narde, was a pleasure to deal with and gave us a lot of information about the Palm Coast area and the condo. The condo is a very large unit with a huge balcony and all of the furniture is in very good condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. One unique feature is that beach towels are provided at the pools at no charge. With six adults and three children that saves a lot of wasted time with the washer and dryer. This was my family's first vacation in Palm Coast since we have normally gone to St Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach. We loved the area and the beaches. My family would highly recommend the Palm Coast area and My Place at Cinnamon Beach in particular for a great vacation. My entire family is in depression now that we are back at our respective homes and we are already talking about next year. Lenox & Sharon King

  • My Place at Cinnamon Beach condo was the nicest place we've ever stayed while on vacation. We felt like we had moved into a new house. The decor was so appealing, and we loved the gourmet kitchen. We cooked in several nights for dinner, which is rare for us on vacation. The pools (adult and family) were also great, and the kids loved the game room. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

    We had a great time--your Condo is beautiful! Loved the layout and the view. Our disappointment would be that it was very windy the first 4 days--never warm enough to enjoy the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely consider going back another time. The pools were great--liked the idea of family pool and adult pool.

    We absolutely loved your unit! It was a perfect setup for our family....especially the children's room. The kids were able to sleep in there together without too much trouble and they loved "the green room". The view was beautiful and all of your amenities were great. Thanks so much for letting us use your booster seats too. Your kitchen was so well stocked with utencils and appliances...usually there is always something you can't find, but the kitchen seemed to have everything and more! We felt like we were at a home away from home.

  • My family could not have been happier at My Place at Cinnamon Beach. No detail has been overlooked in the condo or on the property. The condo is beautifully decorated with every possible comfort you could want. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the golf course, and there are pools to suit every preference. I found that the property is convenient to stores and restaurants, but it did not feel overrun with tourists like so many other beach destinations. We loved that! We spent five relaxing days here, and we will absolutely go again.

  • We had a GREAT time at Cinnamon Beach!!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous!!! Vince and Judy did a wonderful job of decorating and making this feel like home away from home. The kids loved the pool and the splash zone. I liked the no entry pool because of our 14 mnth old daughter could walk around at the edge and just sit and play in the water. We don't play golf so we can't comment on that other than the course looked beautiful and we could see part from the balcony. We visted St. Augustine and Daytona,neither were a bad drive on A1A. All in all we hated to come home and we would go back tomorrow if we could and God willing. Thank you for a WONDERFUL vacation!!!!!!! Shawn, Kathy, Matthew, Tyler, and Sarah
