This is not your average beach rental. My Place at Cinnamon Beach is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and nearby access to the intercostal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.
Located on the third floor, this single-level, end unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The breakfast nook effectively doubles the size of the already spacious kitchen and offers a view of the eighth tee box. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.
The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a 50-inch HDTV and Bose surround sound. The sofa also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed with feather topper from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his-and-her vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a king-size bed with a feather topper. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle that can convert to a third king-size bed. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs, a bar table, and dining table that can easily accommodate ten. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.
This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, kiddie pool, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.
With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

This property is an absolutely wonderful place for a vacation! This unit is very beautifully decorated, yet kid friendly. My family (6 adults and 3 children, ages 3yrs., 19 mos., and 1 yr.) had a very relaxing and fun week. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us some fantastic meals, inside and outside. We had plenty of space with plenty of privacy. The booster chairs and pac-n-plays provided were very much appreciated. We decided that we had the best unit in the whole complex with stupendous views! The beach was awesome with so few people we had it almost to ourselves! Our little ones loved it! We are already talking about going back! I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone! The owner was great and gave us her number for any questions or needs during our stay.

This condo proved the perfect place for our family holiday, with 21month old twins, a teen age grandson, parents and grandparents. There was room for all, three bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. It was easily maintained, yet elegant and well thought out for little ones. The pool and grounds are lovely. the beach was great for early morning walks, with a coarse and soft texture that exfoliates and envigorates. A short drive away is a powdery sandy beach perfect for the little ones. The owner was responsive and thoughtful, with high chairs, suggestions and an onsite quick response for any needs. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It is even more beautiful! It had everything we needed, and Judy was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The perfect vacation: All the comforts of home with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful tile floors, quality furnishings, TVs in each room. The owners have thought of everything! Excellent floorplan allows each bedroom to have real privacy. We love this area - lots to do with the kids! Marineland, the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine, or just hanging out by the pool. The resort pool is amazing! Oh, and the beach is beautiful! We plan to return soon!

My family has rented a condo in the St Augustine Beach area for probably 25 of the past 35 years. We have rented condos in at least eight different complexes. We just spent a week at My Place at Cinnamon Beach. My wife and I, as well as our children, all agree this is the best condo we have ever rented. The owner, Judy Narde, was a pleasure to deal with and gave us a lot of information about the Palm Coast area and the condo. The condo is a very large unit with a huge balcony and all of the furniture is in very good condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. One unique feature is that beach towels are provided at the pools at no charge. With six adults and three children that saves a lot of wasted time with the washer and dryer. This was my family's first vacation in Palm Coast since we have normally gone to St Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach. We loved the area and the beaches. My family would highly recommend the Palm Coast area and My Place at Cinnamon Beach in particular for a great vacation. My entire family is in depression now that we are back at our respective homes and we are already talking about next year. Lenox & Sharon King

My Place at Cinnamon Beach condo was the nicest place we've ever stayed while on vacation. We felt like we had moved into a new house. The decor was so appealing, and we loved the gourmet kitchen. We cooked in several nights for dinner, which is rare for us on vacation. The pools (adult and family) were also great, and the kids loved the game room. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

We absolutely loved your unit! It was a perfect setup for our family....especially the children's room. The kids were able to sleep in there together without too much trouble and they loved "the green room". The view was beautiful and all of your amenities were great. Thanks so much for letting us use your booster seats too. Your kitchen was so well stocked with utencils and appliances...usually there is always something you can't find, but the kitchen seemed to have everything and more! We felt like we were at a home away from home.

We had a great time--your Condo is beautiful! Loved the layout and the view. Our disappointment would be that it was very windy the first 4 days--never warm enough to enjoy the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely consider going back another time. The pools were great--liked the idea of family pool and adult pool.

A beautifully decorated unit with a gorgeous ocean view and tons of amenities. Great children's room and master's suite. This was the nicest condo we have ever rented. Family pool was great for young children. Would definitely rent again.
