Our condo is not your typical rental unit.We make sure it is meticulously cleaned after every guest.It is wonderfully decorated with a new king size suite with KingsDown mattresses in both bedrooms.All the carpeting is new frieze' with new ceramic tile throughout.
We offer a new 32" tv in the living room with a VCR/DVD combo and large tv's in the other bedrooms with VCR's.Our condo offers a breathtaking view of the beach.We have a large balcony with a 36" round table and chairs (with two new sliding glass doors)one in living room the other in master suite so you can sit and watch the dolphins in the morning with your coffee.
For your convience,there are two elevators that take you quickly to our 5th floor condo.We have limited covered parking to keep the your vehicle cool in the summer. Spend leisure-filled days lounging on the beach or playing in the water. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony off the master bedroom,and living room via new sliding glass doors.
Mom and dad will love our QUIET oceanfront location with lifeguards right in front of the building(in summer),outdoor pool, covered parking, and keyed security doors. The kids just love the sand and waves.At night try the Arcade only 8 blocks away.When tired of playing outside,try the (SONY PLAYSTATION). Just bring your favorite games or you can rent them at Blockbuster just up the street. Pets are not allowed.
