Just what we expected and more!

Guest: Chewyrivers (San Francisco)
Date of Stay: 12/30/11 Review Submitted: 01/09/12

We were hoping for a little ski getaway for New Years Eve weekend and we go exactly that (well, except for the lack of snow this year). The listing and photos were very accurate. The property was very clean and functional. We were able to cook a dinner one night and we found all the necessary kitchen items to make steaks and potatoes. The Raleys, right up the street, is very convenient to pick up food and basic necessities...it's got everything! The condo is walkable to the Hyatt and only a 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak. It's only about 30 minutes to Alpine/Squaw, as well. Our contact/owner was very responsive and helpful, as well.

Wow! Did we have a great time in Tahoe!! It was so breathtakingly beautiful it didn't even seem real. This property was perfect....Very convenient, cozy and well kept with beautiful views. The condo is clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything...Hyatt, lake, shops, restaurants. golfing, gracery store, etc. We truly enjoyed exploring the area during the day and relaxing by the fire at night. We LOVED Emerald Bay and Eagle Falls/Lake! We also enjoyed boating on Lake Tahoe, hiking Spooner Lake, driving Ice House Road, visiting Donner Lake, Squaw Valley and Heavenly. We enjoyed every bit of scenery as we drove around Lake Tahoe. This condo is rented at a very reasonable rate and the owner is so easy to work with and offered some great suggestions. Skip the Hyatt and stay here.....it's way more spacious, a lot cheaper and just as nice!! ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL STAY IN TAHOE!!

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay. Every detail has been addressed and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed grilling, playing cards and watching movies from the extensive library. Incline Village is a fun community with lots to see and do. You will enjoy your stay here!

Excellent Rental!!

We recently stayed at this condo and can honestly say it was wonderful. It is a perfectl location! You can easily walk to the beach, the Lakeshore path or the Hyatt. The condo is very clean and has been updated with all of the necessary amenities. I enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and evening. My kids enjoyed watching movies on the large flat screen television. The owner could not have been more accommodating with answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed prior to our trip. I would highly recommend staying here!

This will be my new winter hang out

Guest: Captain Morgan (The S/V Soggy Dollar)

My stayed here was fantastic! excellent condition in all areas. Top of the line home amenities in everything. Very nice decor for a mountain atmosphere. Loved the Bose Stereo for the dinner music and just plain kicking back to relax. The big screen TV great (but exhausted after skiing all day and just crashed). The Fireplace was a "10" after along day skiing. The beds were incredible. We went to the Casino one night for the Sea Food Buffet that is about 4 blocks down the road. I will be going back for seconds!
