  After a busy cold Montana winter, a week at this place was just what we needed. Relaxing time. The broadband service was speedy and reliable, the cable tv provided for entertaining evenings. We took long walks on the beach. The hot springs up the beach were really neat! I spent an entire afternoon building a sandcastle. We enjoyed the tacos in town, and our trip to la bufadora. A day spent in downtown Ensenada was fun, and a visit to the cultural center was fascinating. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the whole house was clean and well maintained. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. We truly couldn't ask for more.

  My wife and I visited this rental in december and had a really nice time. We are expecting our first child in May so we figured we would head back down for one last relaxing weekend before everything changes, for a little while at least : ) This time we brought our dog Winnie and she had the best time ever. I think she was the happiest dog in Mexico. The beach is perfect for all of us and especially for her with lots of other nice dog friends to play with and check out. The house was great and Bud & Lynne are awesome. Great food, very relaxing and a few fun longboardable waves right out front. We had such a great time we extended our stay another night. Our dog was so tired she slept the whole way back and didn't even wake up for the border agent. If you are looking for a relaxing safe place in Baja right on the beach this is definitely a great place. We would also recommend Restaurant La Bufadora for great food. Enjoy and safe travels.

  My wife and I headed down from Santa Barbara for a few days to relax after Christmas. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind and we had a great time. It was pretty easy to find and the managers were super nice and helpful. We did a bit of surfing, had some great beach walks and amazing food. Great place, we will definitely be going back soon. Have a great trip!

  My husband, 2 boys and I spent 4 days over a weekend in Punta Banda and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house was well equipped and "cozy" as my 10 yr old son said. The area kept my two boys occupied with digging in the sand, boogie boarding at the beach or zip lining and ATV riding nearby. We have all ready recommended it to many who enjoyed seeing our pictures on facebook. Thanks to the owners for a great experience.

  was excellent, i already filled one of these out , but i guess i put too much info into it so they did not post it shame on this web site the house was great so where the managers

  A very clean house, with a nice view to the ocean, perfect to have a relax vacation time. My family and I really enjoy it.

  We stayed at this wonderful home during Spring Break. The view is breathtaking and much better than the pictures show. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you could need. The owners were super helpful and clearly care about providing the best experience to their customers as possible. Cantu, the nearby village, is a fun little town with a few restaurants and lots of tamale sellers. We plan to go down again soon and would recommend this house for everyone.

  We really enjoyed our stay. It was in the midst of winter, so was a bit cool, but the electric blankets kept us warm and cozy at night (and were much appreciated). The managers for this property were very kind and generous with their time and in helping us out - we were lent many original DVDs to watch (and enjoyed). They were also very honest and returned our full deposit. We miss hearing the waves each night and seeing such a clear starry sky. The pictures really are as beautiful as it is. We hope to return in the near future.

  We stayed at this place for Christmas and it was just what the doctor ordered. Quiet and a great place for kids. They even threw in a few movies for us to watch, which was a pleasant bonus.

  The house was very clean and comfortable, the managers were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time horse riding on the beach, taking a ride on the glider, kayaking and long walks on the beach. Very relaxing, peaceful and serene atmosphere surrounded by friendly people. Right on the beach, so even if you are hanging out inside or just making lunch, you can still see your children playing on the beach. Will definitly be going back and recommend it highly.

Rates are subject to change at any time prior to receipt of deposit. Hi-Season is beginning of Memorial Day weekend through labor Day weekend which may be different than the dates indicated elsewhere on this site.

Deposit of $250 required to confirm reservation, payable through PayPal. The deposit consists of $200 Refundable Security Deposit (within 2 weeks of departure) and $50 non-refundable Cleaning Fee. Rental amount due at time of arrival, in Cash.
