About the owner: Hi! We are Jean and Sara LeFloch. We met on a plane flying to Miami so Florida is very special to us! We currently live in the Chicago area and are looking forward to becoming permanent residents of Naples, with sunshine year round. We have two children, Catherine and Brian, who love it just like we do. We would love to have you as guests and I know that you will fall in love with Naples, as we did!
Why the Owner Chose The Dunes:
Naples has everything--Olde Florida charm, fabulous restaurants, cultural centers and the arts, and so many wonderful golf courses to choose from. The Fort Myers airport is so convenient and easy to fly in and out of. The shopping is great with a wonderful outlet mall, very close to the airport. Downtown Naples has great boutiques and art galleries. Vanderbilt Beach is one of the best beaches in the country. All water activities can be enjoyed and you will love watching the dolphins go by!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Dunes complex is like staying at a resort. The main complex has a resort type pool, restaurant, outdoor Tiki Bar and dining, 6 tennis courts and pro shop and a fitness center. Our building also has its own pool and spa, BBQ area, and fitness center. Our building is part of the Grande Preserve, a separate gated group, which has its own concierge center and Beach Club. There is a shuttle that will transport you to the beach club, which also has food and beverage service, beach service and pool. The concierge center can handle all your restaurant and golf reservations and whatever else you may need to make your vacation wonderful. During May through October, The Dunes has reciprocal golf priviledges at numerous private and public courses, at very reduced rates.
