TERRASOL, newly revitalized, offers one mile of private beach along the Pacific Ocean yet is only a ten minute walk to downtown Cabo's shopping, night life and activities. Our two bedroom condo with ocean view will comfortably accomodate a family of six, but it is also perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a romantic, extra spacious getaway for two. Terrasol is the only full ownership, security gated condo on the beach. Located on the tip of Land's End w/our own private beach,isolated from the noise, and yet only a ten minute walk to downtown to the marina and all the activities offered there. Terrasol has two pools with swim-up palapa bars and small palapa cafe offering drinks and wonderful breakfasts, lunch and light dinners (open from 9am to 6pm). The grounds of the complex are immaculately maintained and landscaped with native plants. Terrasol is a place of great serenity, where you can watch the migrating whales or relax by the oceanside pools. Taxis, pedi-cabs, water taxis,and even old time horse drawn carriages are always available.
We have a great medical facility in Cabo,Amerimed Hospital, w/state of the art equipment. Also, next to us we have Hotel Playa Grande, with a 24/7 urgent care center that you can walk to or just call them and they will pick you up and take you to the hospital.
Both Playa Grande and Solmar Hotels, on the either side of us offer spas and beauty salons for all your needs.
THIS 1800 SQUARE FOOT CONDOMINIUM OFFERS TWO BEDROOMS (MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED AND THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED), TWO FULL SIZE BATHROOMS, AND QUEEN SIZE AEROBED. THE LARGE SECOND FLOOR UNIT's PATIO OFFERS A MAGNIFICIENT PACIFIC OCEAN VIEW. TERRASOL'S WATER SUPPLY IS PROVIDED BY OUR PRIVATE DESALINIZATION FACILITY.

  • We had a great time in Cabo last week. The Terrosol is in an ideal location to be able to walk downtown or over to Lover's Beach. The landscaping was beautiful. Unit #251 was in a perfect location... far enough from the pool to avoid the noise, yet a short walk. The view of the ocean was great too. Rose was on the property during our stay and was very helpful. The food at the swim up bar was priced right and absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend Cabo San Lucas, The Terrasol Resort, and this unit.

  • WOW! This place was better than expected. This was our 6th trip to Cabo San Lucas. We really enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the very spacious kitchen, and we almost felt guilty having so much room for just the two of us. The beach is private and is as far south as one can be on the Baja pennisula. Not to mention being within walking distance of all the hot spots downtown. The owners here will bend over backwards to make sure you're well taken care of at TerraSol. Make sure and see Mario at the pool for drinks and lunch. Thank you so much for making our stay very enjoyable.

  • Our stay in this condo was very enjoyable and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The barbeque grill on the deck was an added bonus. Terrasol is conveniently located while being quiet and private. The staff is friendly and helpful.

  • We just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. It was roomy, very comfortable and we would definitely return for another stay. The owners, Rose and Bud, were also staying at Terrasol at the time and were incredibly helpful. We had friends staying next door at the Playa Grande, a time-share facility, and they ended up coming over to our place every day because it was more spacious, quieter and more comfortable. As an added bonus, there was a brand new barbeque, which we used several times. Also, the kitchen was stocked with far more than the usual 4 of everything, which made it easier to have friends over for drinks without having to be constantly cleaning up. Rose asked us if we had suggestions for anything that was missing and we couldn't think of anything. I can't recommend this condo enough, it was all we were hoping for and then some.
