Briarcliff Lodge is Approx. 3,970 SF on three Levels, Lakefront access and mountain views, new dock/swim platform; 20x20, dock your boat and personal water craft or rent on lake, 2 outdoor firepits for fun entertaining, grill out on the deck or visit a local fine resturaunt.
Outdoor firepit off main level overlooks Lake Glenville for rustic round the fire gatherings. Another firepit is located close to the dock.
4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two kitchens, three living areas on three levels. Sleeps up to 12. Large enough for large groups to have their own space.
Main and Upper Lodge Approx. 2,400 SF Upper Level. Accommodations: Sleeps 4-6, Two bedrooms (both King beds) on these levels, 2.5 baths with two sink vanity in each full bath. Living/dining room, 10x12 deck, (2) wood burning fireplace, Main kitchen, pan-try/laundry room, breakfast room, dining room, living, study with wood burning fireplace, 10x22 deck with grill. Upper deck 12 x 10.
Lower Level Lodge, Approx. 1,565 SF, Fun entertainment level with billiards table, card/game table, darts and nice stereo and tv area. Accommodation: Sleeps 4-9, Two (2) bedrooms each with King, 2.0 baths, 2nd full kitchen, breakfast island, laundry room, rec./living room with the 3rd wood burning fireplace, Furniture & Accessories: Two (2) King beds, 1 sleeper sofa for two, 1 sleeper sofa for one, and a unique custom built-in Murphy bed with a queen mattress.
This home will sleep 12 adults more with children when young children use sofa beds. Lots of room to spread out. 4 full baths and one 1/2 bath.

Very Comfortable climate, golf, water activities, dining and shopping. Area of high end properties and lots of interesting things to do and visit in the area, Cahiers, Lake Glenville, Highlands and Saphire, Nice ski resorts near by as well.
