Beautiful mist-shrouded Bali Ha'i mountain views surrounding you in this delightful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Townhome located directly on the Marina in Hawaii Kai. This single level townhome is very private, quiet and secure (guarded entry) and is located within minutes to beautiful beaches, water activities, restaurants, day spas, fitness center and shopping centers. No walking through parking lots, confusing condo complexs or climbing stairs to park your car. This condo has convenient attached covered parking with plenty of guest parking.
A short drive to beautiful snorkeling at Hanauma Bay or boogie boarding at Sandy Beach. Also a short drive to the excitement, shopping and restaurants of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and Kahala. Many restaurants are within minutes including Roys, Outback Steakhouse, Assagio (Italian), Phoenix (Chinese) and the Blue Water Grill, and a number of small ethnic eat-ins or carry-outs to name a few. Safeway and Longs Drugstore are also right here in Hawaii Kai.
This townhome has a very large lanai right on the water. Walk out the sliding glass doors to your own private lanai. You can fish right off your deck for a chance at catching dinner or step down to your private boat dock. You are sure to enjoy the resident ducks that are frequent visitors to the dock looking to entertain you while you are enjoying breakfast or an evening drink on the lanai.
Decorated in a contempory Hawiian whimsical, fun and relaxing style this townhome has been recently remodeled with tile and new furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen with a new stainless side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, stove and microwave will allow you to cook at your leisure or prepare pupu's (appetizer) for the end of the day. How about a romantic cocktail on the lanai. There is also an in unit new full sized washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is decorated in an island motif including a king size bed,flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. A comfortable sofa awaits you and you can be entertained by a 42" wide-screen TV, HBO, DVD, Stereo, CD Player and a wine cooler. Cable stations are availabe. High speed DSL Wireless Internet and all the domestic and Canadian long distance you can use.
The guest bedroom decorated in island motif has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and a separate bath in the hall right next to it.
Sleeping arrangements are the two bedrooms with the king and a queen bed. There are no other sleeping accomodations.

Quiet Neighborhood Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay at your Hawaiian home. We found Kuapa Isle to be a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. We walked around one Saturday when the neighborhood was having a garage sale and met lots of friendly people. We found your home comfortable with everything that we needed. Your instructions for check-in were very clear, and we had no problem with the key! Your notebook of information and the little signs/instructions around your home were very helpful. We wished for a kayak or a paddle board so we could enjoy the water. Your kitchen was well stocked, the linens were very nice, and your furnishings were quite comfortable. Diane was great! She allowed us to check-in early so that we didn't have to just wait around between our early morning checkout at Colony Surf and our afternoon check-in at your place. She was very gracious and answered all of our questions. And whoever cleans your place does a great job!

We stayed a wonderful month (far too short a period of time!) in this fantastic Hawaii Kai marina home with great serene view of Koko Head. Such a lovely setting on the desirable wide portion of the marina with excellent breezes that made the use of the master bedroom air conditioning system unnecessary. We spent so much time enjoying morning coffee, cocktails, and meals on the wide & deep waterfront lanai deck just off the living room, with convenient kitchen pass-through window. Very attractively decorated residence, well-maintained in all respects, with beautiful artwork in every room. Jane was a professional delight to work with, and provided us expert guidance on every detail possible. We cannot wait to return within the next few months !
