Two beautiful, new houses set in a tranquil, beachfront development of just three homes on the outskirts of the sleepy little village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. This location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resort of Puerto Vallarta but close enough to be able to enjoy all the buzz when you choose.
Ther is a PRIVATE pool with pristine , clear water, cleaned 3 times EVERY WEEK.
You are also within easy access to all the unspoiled towns and beaches on the North Bay. If you do not have transport a regular bus service is available on the highway about 200 yards away and taxis are readily available and reasonably priced.
Enjoy Whale & Turtle watching in the winter months. deep Sea Fishing available from La Cruz or Punta de Mita.
These pristine houses each offer four spacious bedrooms with two king-size, one matrimonial, and one twin bed to accommodate up to eight people. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs for the convenience of the less mobile. The upstairs rooms have access to a large patio where you can enjoy the cool sea breezes. All rooms have fans including bathrooms.There is ample room in the 2 master bedrooms for put-you-up beds for children ( making space for 10 )
The cool and elegantly furnished lounges offer you a luxurious setting in which to relax and the fully fitted kitchens are equipped with all the necessities for your vacation. Both houses have a laundry room with washer and dryer. To ensure your comfort a maid service is included.

Why the Owner Chose La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
The area of El Tizate is situated between the two areas of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerias. It is on a sheltered beach with wide yellow sand. easy walking distance along the beach to the beachfront restaurants of Bucerias. There are regular Bus services to puerto Vallarta, Bucerias,La cruz and Punta de Mita. The weather between November and May is perfect for sun seekers. Last year there was only two hald days of light rain in the whole period of 5 months.

You will benefit from 4 large double bedrooms, two of which are suite size. there are en suite facilities to all bedrooms and , in addition, a further bathroom/Laundry room downstairs by the Pool.
Each Villa has its own Private Pool. The Beach access is via a private entrance.

WE HAD A RENTER, LEAH , WHO GAVE US MANY PROBLEMS. ALTHOUGH SHE STAYED WITH US LAST YEAR AND WAS VERY HAPPY, THIS YEAR WAS DIFFERENT. SHE TOOK IN ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WITHOUT OUR CONSENT( SHE BOOKED FOR 2 PEOPLE AT A VERY SPECIAL RATE) SHE ALSO TOOK IN A HALF STARVED STREET DOG AND WE HAD TO DISINFECT THE WHOLE PROPERTY. SHE BOOKED 3 EXTRA DAYS AND DID NOT LEAVE THE ADDITIONAL FEE REQUESTED ( SOEM $120 usd THE HOUSE WAS FILTHY AND TOOK 8 HOURS TO CLEAN WITH DOG HAIRS IN THE 4 BEDROOMS

M.y family, including 2 children stayed here in 2010. It was a very well kept villa and the private pool was cleaned THREE times a week. The kids loved the pool and they spent lots of time on the beach.We hired a car for one week and used the local buses for the other. The bus stop is 5 minutes away and goes to Puerto Vallarta one way and Punta de Mita the other. We will be booking again as we all enjoyed it so much. The villa is in a little area on the beach called El Tizate. This is between Bucerias and La cruz de huanacaxtle and is away from the hustle and bustle of the two villages, especially at the peak period. We had Star Choice satelite, so it was just like home.This is a good place if you want a nice quiet rental , but near to the attractions when you want them.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with young children.

We stayed at this villa at the peak time of year and it was in a very quiet position. However, the bus stop was only 200 mts away and there was a nice private pool which the kids loved. It was cleaned 3 times every week. The maids were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were all very large. The kids played on the beach every day and it was an easy walk to the beachfront Bars and Restaurants in Bucerias. We saw whales in front of the beach and turtles being released after dark...Great
