Two beautiful, new houses set in a tranquil, beachfront development of just three homes on the outskirts of the sleepy little village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. This location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resort of Puerto Vallarta but close enough to be able to enjoy all the buzz when you choose.
You are also within easy access to all the unspoiled towns and beaches on the North Bay. If you do not have transport a regular bus service is available on the highway about 200 yards away and taxis are readily available and reasonably priced.
Enjoy Whale & Turtle watching in the winter months. deep Sea Fishing available from La Cruz or Punta de Mita.
These pristine houses each offer four spacious bedrooms with two king-size, one matrimonial, and one twin bed to accommodate up to eight people. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs for the convenience of the less mobile. The upstairs rooms have access to a large patio where you can enjoy the cool sea breezes. All rooms have fans including bathrooms.
The cool and elegantly furnished lounges offer you a luxurious setting in which to relax and the fully fitted kitchens are equipped with all the necessities for your vacation. Both houses have a laundry room with washer and dryer. To ensure your comfort a maid service is included.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to your private pool with sun loungers and a poolside al-fresco dining area with table, chairs, and a barbecue. The ocean can be reached in one minute via your private road. If you enjoy walking La Cruz and Bucerias are both within easy reach along the shore. Enjoy the sights and sounds of real Mexico in these colourful villages where you will find the convenience of a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, live music, and traditional markets in a safe environment.
The villas are owned by a British family who also own The Britannia Pub in La Cruz where you can sample traditional English food including Fish and Chips while enjoying a variety of live music artists.

The area of El Tizate is situated between the two areas of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerias. It is on a sheltered beach with wide yellow sand. easy walking distance along the beach to the beachfront restaurants of Bucerias. There are regular Bus services to puerto Vallarta, Bucerias,La cruz and Punta de Mita. The weather between November and May is perfect for sun seekers. Last year there was only two hald days of light rain in the whole period of 5 months.

You will benefit from 4 large double bedrooms, two of which are suite size. there are en suite facilities to all bedrooms and , in addition, a further bathroom/Laundry room downstairs by the Pool.
Each Villa has its own Private Pool. The Beach access is via a private entrance.
