Enjoy preparing a meal or perhaps just cocktails in the completely equipped kitchen. Curl up in front of a roaring log fire with the snap of your fingers in the gas starting wood burning fireplace.
All this is just a mile from the lake and ten minutes from Northstar or Incline Village in one of the best-kept condo complexes in Tahoe. In the Summer, enjoy the bike trails, tennis courts, or remodeled pool. Close to sandy beach. In Winter enjoy a short drive home from the ski slopes to your condo. You can drive yourself or just hop the Northstar shuttle.
First Level - Tiled entry with closets concealing full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom has vanity, bath with shower over the tub with sliding glass doors, and toilet.
The bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, good closet space, night stands, and a dresser. There is a private deck looking out to the greenbelt behind the condo.
Stairs lead to the main level.
Second Level - Features the kitchen, the dining area with views of the trees, and the living room. A new sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodation for 2. An entertainment center with TV (basic cable included), DVD/CD player, radio, and a cabinet with games offers fun for all. The fireplace is easy to start with gas and burns wood. The living room overlooks the greenbelt behind the condo. There is a charcoal burning barbecue pit on the deck.
The kitchen includes an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster, mixer, blender, food processor and coffeemaker. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to basic pantry and cooking items.
Stairs lead up to the loft.
Loft - The loft provides an ideal extra sleeping area with two twin beds, a twin sofa sleeper, a TV, and a dresser.
