We rented this house to accomodate 11 of us to celebrate my Fathers 80th birthday. It was the perfect setting with plently or room both inside and out. The gardens were beautiful & big enough for the kids to spend hours exploring. Edith was a perfect host & waited for us to arrive despite us running late due to flight delays. My kids still talk about how great the week we spent there was. It is a beautiful setting for a family holiday.Owner response: It was a great pleasure to receive these Australian guests It is true that the house, functional and welcoming, is very convenient for a family reunion, be it for a special occasion or just for a holiday. The gated property and the automatically covered swimming pool allow parents and children to enjoy their stay in all tranquility.

My family and I organised a reunion in France and chose the Loire Valley due to its many interesting sights. Some of us were travelling from the U.S. and some from Malta. We were immediately impressed by the house and all the family immediately agreed to rent it out. The owner was very very helpful even before we got there and I was impressed by how friendly and available she was especially considering that we arrived on Easter Sunday. She made herself available for all the week we were there, even recommending some amazing spots and restaurants in the area. This amazing house is even more beautiful than the pictures already show it to be. It was impeccably clean. The 9 of us including my 3 year old son settled comfortable in 4 different bedrooms with more room to spare. My son loved the open space and the gardens and though we were excited to visit the amazing sights of the Loire Valley it was hard to leave this amazing property. The dining room was large enough that we could all have our meals together. The kitchen was well equipped to my father's delight and the amenities such as supermarkets and bakeries are all very close by. During the warmer days we were able to grill and sit outside. The house was equipped with a table tennis and some indoor games. There were bikes available and some of us went out on bike rides in the surrounding areas. The house had all we needed and the owner made sure my son would be comfortable throughout our stay. The house was very well located and we were able to visit a good number of sights during the week we were there. The location was very important as we didn't want to spend most of our holiday stuck in a car. My friends were very impressed by the house and all the things we were able to do. I have recommended this property because of the space, beauty and the proximity to many must-see sights. It is ideal for larger groups wanting different things out of their vacation.
