The perfect base camp for the best skiing experience I have had in my life! 2 feet of powder and no lift lines! The townhome is perfect for families, friends or just a couple. Clean, comfortable and warm - just like someone's home. Comfortable beds, thick towels and every kitchen necessity you could think of. The bus stop is right out front and the main base lodge is less than 5 minutes away. There is even a grocery store bus stop on the return bus trip (if you don't stop at any of the excellent restaurants on the way). Everything was perfect. I am very excited to go back in the Spring and Summer with my boys to fish, hike, bike and explore.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Re'ally a geat place to stay. Close to everything and the condo had a very "homey" feeling about it. The Smith's were great to work with. Our stay was wonderful and the codo was a very welcome site at the end of the day. Accomodations are excellent.

We love staying at your condo in Steamboat. It is right on the bus route, skiing is GREAT and your condo is like being at home (at a higher altitude). How do we reserve dates?? Cheers, Kris

What a wonderful place for a family to celebrate a white Christmas! The condo was well-stocked, the resort people were so friendly, and of course God provided the snow! The Smiths made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable and truly special! Thanks for the memory of White Christmas 2003!

Great trip, plenty of Snow - wonderful crowd. Full house but did not seem so with the multi-layers. Accomdations were really nice.
