Our house sits on site 319 in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It is a beautiful four bedroom, three bath house, with a full kitchen downstairs, and a living room both downstairs and upstairs. That's right, two huge living areas both with TV's and VCR's, also top livingroom has a futon that makes into a bed and the downstairs has a sleeper sofa. We put down cermic tile all the way through except the bedrooms. And we freshly painted the whole house with semi-gloss paint.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed downstairs, and the other three bedrooms upstairs have queen-size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's with extended cable to all of them.
There are two heatpumps, one for the downstairs, and one for the upstairs. There are two decks, one on each level of the house, both with lounge chairs and regular chairs, and a picnic table. There are two sets of steps that lead up to the house, one goes into the living room, and the other through the kitchen.
We will need a $300 security deposit to hold the reservation, with the full amount due 30 days prior to check-in. If the house is left clean and no damaged to our home we will refund you your sercuity depoist within 10 days of check-out. . If unit is not cleaned well enough for the next renters and a cleaning service is needed these charges will come from the security deposit. A professional cleaning service is available to you if you wish for $150. Linens are now provided for all the beds. And also towels and wash clothes too. If you do not wish to wash them at check-out we will wash them for a fee of 50.00. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out 11:00 am.
This is a family campground with 24 hour security, therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
Also our golf cart comes with our home. But you have to go by Ocean Lakes rules or we have the right to take it. We have a lady that is in charge of our home and makes sure that your vacation is the best one ever so if you have any problems will give you her number and she will take care of it.
We promise you that this will be the best vaction ever.
