Our Colorado Ski Country Townhome was built in 2001 and is new to the rental market in July 2005. Two families can very comfortably share all of the home's many amenities. Our maximum number of overnight guests is 8. Our townhome features tall ceilings and large rooms on three floors.

Hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and mountain biking are literally right out your back-door in this beautifully appointed mountain getaway. You are just minutes from the premier ski resorts of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basis. A convenient shuttle walking distance from our home can take you to any of these ski areas. Vail is only a 30 minute drive.

Enjoy a relaxing soak in one of the community's large hot tubs or a private soak in the jetted tub in the master bath. A small community pool is great fun for the kiddos! Our townhome has in-floor radiant heat, nine foot ceilings and very comfortable beds. The master suite includes a view of the forest and a fireplace for a romantic evening.

Summer and fall activities are unlimited. World class fly-fishing is available within two miles on the Blue River. World class shopping is available in Silverthorne's famous outlet malls. And world class golfing is available at four courses - the Breckenridge Nicklaus Couse (27 Holes) the Raven at Three Peaks, Keystone's River Course or Keystone's Ranch Course.

The townhome backs to the Arapahoe National Forest and Wilderness Area and has forest or mountain views from every window. Access trails to the forest for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are a few short steps from our home.
