Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan. You will enjoy being right next to the Caribbean Sea and the White,Fluffy,Sandy Beaches of the BEST of Playa del Carmen,on the Mayan Riviera.
Condo del Arbol is privately-owned and proudly kept in ship shape condition.It has two bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom and also a washer and dryer.The master bedroom has a 'Juliette' balcony where you will have a lovely view of the beach and sea.Also ,as you shower in the bathroom,you will see the sparkling Carribean waters and white, powdery beach!
The open concept living room is very comfortable with a large couch(made for stretching out and sleeping) and chairs for you to lie,sit,read,look at T.V. or whatever makes you comfortable in a home.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need. Gas stove with grill and oven,microwave,blender,juicer,lots of pots and frying pans,many plates,bowls,glasses of all sorts ,cuttlery,etc,etc,etc.
When you arrive at Condo del Arbol,to cool off and relax,you need only to throw open the windows and doors and feel the breezes of the nearby Caribbean Sea flow through but if you prefer you can also enjoy the central air conditioning throughout the condo which you can control with the individual remotes for your comfort level.
Our condo,built in a cool, Mediterranean style, is steps to the beach and our gates open on to the most beautiful,fluffy ,white sandy beach, of one of the best beaches in Playa,Coco Beach.You can then walk for miles to the north or south. Also, 5 minutes (south) away is Playa Mamitas with it's trendy beach clubs and beautiful people.
Back at Condo del Arbol,to relax some more, you can walk up one and a half flight of stairs to our rooftop deck and drink in the most spectacular view of the beach and sea. Enjoy your margaritas as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon, or you can get together with your family and friends whilst you barbeque your dinner on the grill located on this roof-top with a fantastic view.
Stroll through our impressive landscaping with several water falls, around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums, that allows you to take full advantage of the abundant native flowering plants. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19 by four meter swimming pool that you will love swimming in. At night strategically placed lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special intimate feeling, not usually found in a condominium setting.
Condo del Arbol means "tree house" in Spanish and we have named it for just that reason. Unique from other Condos at Natz Ti Ha, Condo del Arbol has a terrace nestled among the native plants and flowers which gives you the feeling of being in your own personal tropical tree house and garden.You can almost reach out and pick a coconut off the nearby trees as you swing in the hammock. At Condo del Arbol you'll enjoy the luxuries of a privately owned and well maintained Condo located near the white sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea.
You will appreciate that Condo del Arbol is just a mere 7 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue with all it's wonderful restaurants, clubs, boutiques, etc., yet away from the hustle and bustle and also only a few steps to the beach. The best of both worlds! Around the corner is a convenient, small grocery store, where you can get almost anything, including cervezas(beer),soda,juices,food, etc. You can also buy phone cards to use at the telephone booths right outside. All of this to start you off on your vacation. There are several other larger grocery stores nearby that you can walk or hop a cab to for $3(30 pesos or less).

We spend 5 to 6 months a year in Mexico and keep our properties refreshed and in top condition for our guests. in addition,we have two wonderful American property managers who live nearby and are accessable should you need anything. They are very helpful and are fluent in both Spanish and English.

Why the Owner Chose Natz Ti Ha
I fell in love with this paradise eleven years ago and never wanted to leave . The next year I purchased my first condo so that I would always have this enchanting place to which to return.I have never had any regrets as this IS truely Paradise. A safe haven also for my daughter and grand daughter who adore everything about Playa del Carmen.You can walk everywhere without fear,swim in the beautiful,transparent Caribbean Sea or just lie, peacefully on the cool sand.
There is also the enery of 5th ave with it's wonderful restaurants(more and more added every time I loook around),boutiques and bars.There is lots of good shopping,even a wonderful mall with designer jeans,clothes,handbags etc. I like that you can choose to be lively or leisurely. This is my Playa del Carmen.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I really enjoy the sea breezes that flow through my condo. Lying in my hammock on my balcony is being as close to Heaven as it gets whilst I listen to and look at the colourful,tropical birds and the clear ,blue sky,often seeing a parashute with a skydiver float by. I love my condo del arbol for it's spaciousness and cool,smooth,rounded design done by the building in a Mediterranean yet Mexican style.I have decorated to maintain the Mexican flavour as I want to feel the difference and not bring Toronto to Mexico. It is my siesta and my wish that everyone who stays in Condo del Arbol will feel the same.

Hi ,I'm Cheryl.Here I am with the red hat that was put on my head by the wonderful ,warm Mexicans at this restaurant in celebration of my birthday. In the picture , my family were also 'decorated 'for the fiesta.I am from Toronto,Canada but spend at least 5 to 6 months a year in Mexico,checking on my condos to make sure they are in the best condition for you,my valued guests.My family LOVES Playa del Carmen with it's beautiful beaches and clear ,crystal sea.My 9 yr old grand daughter can hardly wait to go there and 'jump in the waves' then swim in the beautiful ,big pool at Natztiha. She likes to do it all and expects me to keep up with her! It is all what La Buena Vida(the good life ) is about. Bring your family ,friends or just yourselves and ENJOY!
