Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan and our condo is exactly that. You will enjoy being right next to the Caribbean Sea and the White,Fluffy,Sandy Beaches of the BEST of Playa del Carmen,on the Mayan Riviera.
Condo del Arbol is privately-owned and proudly kept in ship shape condition.It has two bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom .Enjoy the use of your personal washer and dryer.The master bedroom has a 'Juliette' balcony where you will have a lovely view of various tropical trees and colorful birds and a view of the sea over the treetops. You may even see a majestic cruise ship sail by.
The open concept living room is very comfortable with a large couch(made for stretching out and sleeping) and chairs for you to lie,sit,read,look at T.V. or whatever makes you comfortable,just like your own home. We have a small 'library' of books and magazines for your reading pleasure.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need. Gas stove with grill and oven,fridge,microwave,blender,juicer,toaster,lots of pots and frying pans,many plates,bowls,glasses of all sorts ,cutlery,etc,etc,etc.
When you arrive at Condo del Arbol,to cool off and relax,you need only to throw open the windows and doors and feel the breezes of the nearby Caribbean Sea flow through but if you prefer you can also enjoy the central air conditioning throughout the condo which you can control with the individual remotes for your comfort level.
Our condo,built in a cool, Mediterranean style, is only a few steps to the beach and our gates open on to the most beautiful,fluffy ,white sandy beach of one of the best beaches in Playa,Coco Beach.You can then walk for miles to the north or south. Also, a 5 minute walk (south) is Playa Mamitas with it's trendy beach clubs and beautiful people.
Back at Condo del Arbol,to relax some more, you can walk up one and a half flight of stairs to our rooftop deck and drink in the most spectacular view of the beach and sea. Enjoy your margaritas as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon, or you can get together with your family and friends whilst you barbeque your dinner on the grill located on this roof-top with a fantastic view.
Stroll through our impressive landscaped gardens with several water falls, around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums, that allows you to take full advantage of the abundant native flowering plants. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19 by 4 meter swimming pool in which you will love swimming . At night strategically placed lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special intimate feeling, not usually found in a condominium setting.
Condo del Arbol means "tree house" in Spanish and we have named it for just that reason. Unique from other Condos at Natz Ti Ha, Condo del Arbol has a terrace nestled among the native plants and flowers which gives you the feeling of being in your own personal tropical tree house and garden.You can almost reach out and pick a coconut off the nearby trees as you swing in the hammock. At Condo del Arbol you'll enjoy the luxuries of a privately owned and well maintained Condo located near the white sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea.
You will appreciate that Condo del Arbol is just a mere 7 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue with all it's wonderful restaurants, clubs, boutiques, etc., yet away from the hustle and bustle and also only a few steps to the beach. The best of both worlds! Around the corner is a convenient, small grocery store, where you can get almost anything, including cervezas(beer),soda,juices,food, etc. You can also buy phone cards to use at the telephone booths right outside. Experience the delicious food of lots of new restaurants nearby. All of this to start you off on your vacation. There are several large grocery stores nearby,including Walmart and the Mexican version ,Mega where you can get fresh fruit ,vegetables and anyhing that you can get in the U.S. or Canada. You can walk or hop a cab to these for $3(30 pesos ).

We spend 5 to 6 months a year in Mexico and keep our properties refreshed and in top condition for our guests. In addition,we have two wonderful American property managers who live nearby and are accessable should you need anything. They are very helpful and are fluent in both Spanish and English. You will also find our Natztiha staff,the gardeners and our 24 hour per day guards,to be very nice,friendy and helpful.

We fell in love with this paradise many years ago and never wanted to leave . The next year we returned and found the Natztiha Complex and Condo del Arbol and made sure that we would always have this enchanting place to which to return.This IS truly Paradise. A safe haven also for children who adore everything about the condo and complex and Playa del Carmen.You can walk everywhere without fear,swim in the beautiful,transparent Caribbean Sea or just lie, peacefully on the cool,white, sandy beach.
There is also the energy of 5th ave with it's wonderful restaurants(more and more added every time we look around),boutiques and bars.There is lots of good shopping,even a wonderful mall with designer jeans,clothes,handbags etc. We like that you can choose to be lively or leisurely. This is our special ,safe place in Mexico, Playa del Carmen.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We really enjoy the sea breezes that flow through Condo del Arbol in the Natztiha complex. Lying in the hammock on our balcony is being as close to Heaven as it gets whilst we listen to and look at the colourful,tropical birds and the clear ,blue sky,often seeing a parashute with a skydiver float by. We love Condo del Arbol for it's spaciousness and cool,smooth,rounded design done by the builder in a Mediterranean, yet Mexican style.It is decorated to maintain the Mexican flavour as when we are there, we want to feel the difference and not bring Toronto to Mexico. It is our oasis /siesta and our wish that everyone who stays in Condo del Arbol will feel the same. Please come ,experience and enjoy! Saludos.

My family and I (with red hat) celebrating my birthday in Playa del Carmen . Wonderful for families,safe and friendly.Restaurants are clean with delicious food and they welcome everyone. Some decorate you with large Mexican sombreros (hats),shawls and entertain you with Mariachis.
You can have an enjoyable walk or jog around the streets of Playa and experience the warm, friendly culture and beauty of the area.
Large red sombrero was put on my head for my birthday fiesta in Mexico,by the staff of one of the fabulous and typical Mexican restaurants there.

We just finished a week in Playa at Natz Ti Ha and had a wonderful time. The condo is large and clean with excellent furnishings and a great Mexican feel. With two big bedrooms both with ensuites, it's great for families or 2 couples. It's a very short walk to a beautiful beach, with great snorkeling feet from the shore. Also a short walk away is 5th Ave where you have tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. The kids loved the pool, clean and lots of lounges or the Mom’s and Dad’s. The staff on the property are clearly visible and always willing to lend a hand. Absolutely no complaints, all around excellent property and fabulous time. We will be back for sure!

We just returned from a week at Condo del Arbol and all we can think about is going back. The condo is extremely well located, about a half block from one of the most perfect beaches we've every visited, minutes from some very good restaurants (Cuevo del Chango and Piola were among our favorites and each is a very short walk from the condo) and a short walk to the bustling 5th Avenue shopping and dining area. The condo is spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. Having 2 bathrooms with a family of 4 is a real treat. We pretty much lived on the beautiful veranda and had to set time limits on how long each person could be in the hammock to avoid fighting over it. It was so comfortable. We felt very safe in all of Playa del Carmen and especially at the Natz Ti Ha. Everytime we came or went from the building, there were staff members nearby. The landscaping is incredible, allowing for a great deal of privacy. The pool is great and a nice place to chat with others staying in the condos. We got good restaurant recommendations that way. Cheryl, the owner, was very professional and responsive to all of our questions in the time leading up to our stay. I went running several times while in Playa and never saw anywhere that I would have liked to stay more than the Natz Ti Ha. We would highly recommend Playa del Carmen, the Natz Ti Ha and Condo del Arbol to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

Your condo Arbol 1, was the BEST! Beautifully decorated and fully equiped,all we needed to bring were ourselves and some clothes ,of course. The beach is the best in Playa and it's wonderful that you are so close,walking, to Playa's 5th Ave with all those restaurants and shopping yet away from the madding crowds.
