A stunning villa home on the best lake view lot on southern dunes, a championship golf and country club. Our beautiful newly completed villa has fantastic views across a large lake with a private, fully screened pool which is south facing - the potential to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. It is an open plan villa with a large living room at the front, leading through to the family room overlooking the pool deck and the lake. All of the bedrooms have a lake view to wake up to each morning.
The villa has 2 master suites - master 1 with a king size bed, master 2 has a queen size bed and both have en suites. The two other twin bedrooms share a bathroom. There is cable TV in 5 areas - master 1 & 2, the family room, the lounge and in the spacious games room where you will find a full size pool table, electronic darts, foosball/table football + a comfortable seating area.
Southern Dunes is renowned for its golf course on site and has a great clubhouse/restaurant.There are 3 community pools, tennis courts, an exercise gym and a fishing jetty, all within walking distance from the villa. Walmart and Winn Dixie Supermarkets Are Just 2 Minutes Away and the Main Attractions Disney, Universal, Tampa/Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Kennedy, Sea World & other parks are within easy access.

We have owned at Southern Dunes now for 4 years+ and just love its peaceful and tranquil setting when we get to visit (not enough of these though) We are delighted with the excellent comments we receive from those who have chosen to rent The Lake House. From the number of repeat visitors we get they obviously approve of our choice of location and that view over the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Southern Dunes
The Lot premium was well worth the extra as the peaceful setting is fantastic. Southern Dunes is a great place to be away from the attractions hustle and bustle but close enough with a short car journey
