Located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, this vacation rental benefits from an ideal spot. There, you will reside in the center of Paris a few meters away from the Seine river, the Orsay museum and only 10 minutes walk from the glass pyramid - entrance of the Louvre museum. Ideal to walk your way around Paris without wasting time in transports ! Furthermore, one can’t talk about Saint-Germain des Prés, a charming village in the heart of Paris without mentioning its cultural and intellectual background such as Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Luc Godard or even François Truffaut who have contributed in making the area famous along with the well known bars café Les Deux Margots, Café de Flore or la brasserie Lipp (only 500 meters away from the flat).
Central and easily accessible with public transports (underground line 4, 10 or 12 and RER, only 5 minutes walk to the apartment), the area is full of restaurants, bars and cafés to live like true Parisians. We spent a week in Paris at La Residence du Pont Neuf in early September and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small, but it is clean, well equipped and quiet. The location in Saint-Germain de Prés and bordering the Latin Quarter could hardly be beat as far as we were concerned... A block from the Seine and with all kinds of cafes and shopping, the Metro (St Michel), Notre Dame and the Louvre all within very easy walking distance. And I think this website is fantastic, with the accommodation honestly represented and lots of helpful area information provided. Vladimir and Aurelian made the rental process simple and were very accommodating. In short, great location, value, and integrity, and I would recommendVladimir to anyone.

We had a very nice time in Paris at La Résidence du Pont Neuf. The apartment was small, but very efficiently arranged so that two people could stay there comfortably. We heard no noise from the street or neighboring apartments. The private terrace was amazing - the perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine at the end of the day! The apartment was within convenient walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see in Paris. Thanks to Vladimir for being so prompt upon our arrival, waiting for us at the apartment with the key and explaining how everything worked. We will be recommending the apartment to our friends and will hopefully stay there next time we are in Paris!

What a wonderful place. The studio was just perfect, just one block from the river and easy walking to the lively and fun Latin Quarter. The private terrace was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and review the days pictures on the camera. Vladimir was a terrific host...everything was just as he promised it would be. Thank you so much, Vladimir for such a nice stay. We highly recommend this location...it could not be more perfect!

The apartment was just perfect for us. Absolutely a great location, near the most charming cafes and restaurants, art galleries, steps from Notre Dame and the Louvre. Clean and charming and even equipped with the basic necessities in the kitchen! The supermarket is just around the corner, in case you feel like having a meal in the cute terrace. Vladimir was very helpful, and we truly felt very welcomed. Would love to stay in La Residence du Pont Neuf again.

The apartment is in a wonderful walking location to most of the major sights, and metro stops to all others. Space is good for one, may be tight for 2 with luggage. Many cafes very close including La Palette. Best I found was small Creperie just around the corner. Close to several small grocery type stores, and plenty of individual stores.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was cute and cozy with everything I could have needed and in the perfect location on the Left Bank. As someone who visits Paris every year for vacation, I can tell you I have never had such great all- around accomodation. I now have a permament choice for where I will be staying when I visit this wonderful city. Working with Vladimir was seamless and enjoyable. Thanks Vladimir! :) I will see you next year for my stay!

Nonostante l'appartamento sia molto piccolo io e la mia amica siamo state benissimo. C'è tutto cio di cui si puo aver bisogno, e tranquillo, caldo... comodo con iol suo terrazzino. Anche la cucinetta e ottima x ogni esigenza. E poi visto il prezzo esiguo... beh... Devo dire che non potrei criticare nulla. Non vedendo l'ora di tornare a Parigi !

A big thank you to Vladimir for making my stay in Paris so enjoyable ! I could not have found a better location. I was able to walk everywhere and this made Paris feel really accessible. Vladimir was always on hand to answer my questions and really made sure my stay was as easy as possible. The studio is small but has a lot of character and is perfect for 1-2 people. There are some great restaurants and bars just 5 minutes walk away around rue Princesse ! Merci beaucoup encore !

We've just came recently from Paris where we've stayed at La Residence du Pont Neuf - a cute and quiet studio for two with a private patio for morning cafe :) . The location is just excellent - the street leads you right to the embakment with the walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxemburg gardens... We'll definately refer any of our friends to Residences-Paris and hope to come back again in the nearest future.
