This GROUND FLOOR unit is one of the most rented 1 bedroom units in Beachwood Villas and is in one of the buildings on 30A that is closest to beach access. It is just a short, two-minute walk from the front door to the sand. We chose this unit because of the superior location. It is actually closer to the beach than some properties that are south of 30A because of the proximity of the road to the ocean in this area!
You have to see Beachwood Villas to appreciate the absolutely beautiful landscaping and grounds. There are two pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, laundry facilities, and a playground on site. The development also has shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, and a convenience store next door.
UPDATES GALORE! This unit has so many new items in it and being added to it to make it one of the premier units in the complex. The following have been added: new carpet, ceramic tile, beautiful furniture, kitchen counter top, kitchen sink, stainless-steel refrigerator, new dishwasher, new stove, bathroom lighting, 2 DVD players, stereo/CD player, bedroom tv, new linens, decorative accents, new paint in the bathroom and bedroom, and a junior bunk.
