This 2800-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bath home is located on the east side of Main Street Breckenridge in a wooded neighborhood. This mountain home has a large, private, outdoor hot tub on the back deck with unbelievable views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range and national forest. Plenty of parking is available as well.

Sleeping Arrangements: The main floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a futon. The main floor also contains a full bathroom with tub. The upstairs contains three bedrooms: (1) a second master bedroom, with a king-size bed, private bathroom, a TV with DVD, and windows looking out to the trees; (2) a bedroom with a full size mattress in the loft area over two twin beds; and (3) a bedroom with a full size mattress in the loft over one twin bed. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a small TV and the bedrooms with twin beds are kid friendly - with numerous toys, books and stuffed animals. The upstairs contains one additional bathroom that has a tiled shower, with a tile seat, and double sink vanity. The fifth bedroom is located in the lower level in the walk-out basement. It has a queen-size bedroom and full bath. There is a futon and over-sized chair and ottoman in the living room area of the lower level.

Floor Plan: The centerpiece of this home is the large main floor, with many windows that run almost from floor to ceiling. The views are spectacular - just the mountains and national forest. The great room on the main floor has a sofa and loveseat in front of the stone, wood-burning fireplace with log mantle. There are also large overstuffed chairs as well as a massage chair.

Just off this great room is the dining room table, with extra leaves for additional seating if necessary. There is an island separating the dining area and kitchen, with marble countertops. There are three barstools here for additional seating. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and a stainless steel sink. Just off the kitchen, is the foosball table. There is a full-size washer and dryer. There are patio tables and chairs on the two decks to enjoy the sun or stars. A propane grill is provided on the back deck.

There is a large driveway, for many cars. There also is a storage area under the front deck for skis or bikes.

THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY! GUESTS WITH WELL-BEHAVED DOGS ARE WELCOME. ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.

Why the Owner Chose Other Breckenridge Properties

We enjoy being in the mountains. We bought this home because it is within walking distance from the town of Breckenridge. The home feels like a cabin in the woods, but has all the modern day conveniences, including cellphone reception, wireless internet, cable TV and espresso machine. The house backs to open space and the woods, but is also only minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and groceries stores.

The Unique Benefits at this House

Our home is spacious and is wonderful for 2 or 3 families. The large great room adjoins the kitchen, so that everyone in the group can visit and be together, even during meal preparation. The house also offers enough bedrooms so that guests can get away for some privacy.

The house has two outdoor decks and a large parking area.
