MAIN LEVEL: The open family room has comfortable leather furniture surrounding a stone gas fireplace and a 42-inch HDTV with satellite TV. The adjoining kitchen and dining room accommodate large groups. The sunny deck with a view of the Continental Divide is perfect for relaxing or grilling. The mud room/laundry room is supplied with laundry soap and cubbies for hats and gloves. The heated 2-car garage is convenient for storing skis and boots.
UPPER LEVEL: To ensure restful nights, the Master Suite boasts a dreamy pine king bed. The master bath is a luxurious retreat with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a steam shower and sauna. Adjacent to the master suite is a cozy reading loft.
LOWER LEVEL: Soak in the private CalSpa Hot tub after active days. The Deer Suite has a queen bed with an attached bath with shower. The Bear Suite has a full bed and twin bed to sleep three and has an attached bath with shower/tub. The Bear's Den has a TV/DVD/VHS media system.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We bought this beautiful townhome as a retreat for ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren. We had previously visited and rented at all the popular Colorado ski resorts, and we were looking for a resort town which has not been "commercialized", with franchise restaurants and tee shirt stores on every corner. Winter Park is a casual laid-back friendly town, perfect for families with lots of activities for the children and many very nice restaurants and shops. We are sharing our wonderful vacation homes with friends and guests, many of whom come back every year to stay at our "Lodge at Winter Glen".
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our lovely "Lodge" is located on a small cul-de-sac with 9 other townhomes. None of the other townhomes are rental units, but 3 are full-time residents of Winter Park, and the others are people who love Winter Park and vacation here. The neighbors are wonderful, friendly people. The nights are quiet and the neighborhood is safe. We love to escape the Texas heat and humidity in the summer to vacation at 9,000 feet! There are dozens of sports available nearby, and there is also privacy and quiet in our unit after a hard day's activities. The private oversized hot tub is wonderful for relaxation with friends and family.

We live near San Antonio, Texas, and have been visiting Colorado both winter and summer since we were young. We love to hike, snowshoe, ski, flyfish, enjoy the dry mountain air and entertain. Our children and grandchildren live in Texas, and we love to gather at "The Lodge" for family vacations.

Thank you for the use of the Lodge last weekend. We had a great time and your mountain home was wonderful. There was a foot of snow that fell while we were there, and it was beautiful and the skiing was great. But, best of all, we had a great place to return home to while we were on our ski vacation. Thank you for a wonderful rental and your hospitality, which was apparent throughout the house!

Everything went great this past weekend. Our daughter loved the books, kid's videos and bin of toys. Your place is very nice. The skiing was great and our daughter loved ski school. The heated garage was a huge plus this past weekend with the cold temperatures.

We had a great time at your home "the Lodge". Great decor and all the amenities, a true luxury retreat. It was also really nice to have the infant port-a-crib and high chair available as well. What a great place for a ski vacation! We've had such a nice time relaxing here after skiing hard all day. The hot tub was great for all the sore muscles and the well equipped kidtchen made it so easy to whip up several great meals. The place is beautiful and we definitely would like to visit again.
