Year Purchased: 2000

We’re Mark and Melissa and we’ve lived in Colorado for over 23 years and we love being able to share the beautiful and spectacular ski resort of Breckenridge with others. We take a lot of pride in our three bedroom three bath, home away from home, condominium. We put a lot of attention into making it a well equipped, attractive and comfortable home for our guests. The beautiful view of the ski mountain from our deck and large windows is a spectacular way to end the day watching the sunset. As a family of outdoor enthusiasts, the winter skiing is some of the best in the country and the mountain biking, hiking, and exploring is a tremendous way to spend summer days. We look forward to having you join our very happy group of renters.

Why the Owner Chose Main Street Junction

We chose a place in Breckenridge because it is only 90 minutes from our home and it is a wonderful outdoor place to play, in every season. The skiing is fabulous and so are the many outdoor sports and activities throughout the year. The town of Breckenridge is really pretty and very quaint and there is so much to do all year round. The restaurants and shopping are superb. It is also a very easy commute from the airport for our guests.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Our condo has a clubhouse that includes a heated outdoor pool year round, an indoor ski valet within a short walk from the chair lift, as well as a work-out room and several hot tubs. We are also within a five minute walk to the heart of the town. We have a list of our favorite restaurants and activities so our guests can get the best of what Breckenridge has to offer.

    • Awesome accomodations, very large kitchen, dining area/den. Individaul bathrooms for each bedroom. Modern appliances. Very comfortable. I especially liked the fine corinthian leather couch and chairs in the den/TV room.

    • Overall the accommodations here were good. The only thing negative I could say would be that if you plan on staying a long time it would have been nice to have more toiletries (soap, shampoo) provided by the owner. Laundry soap would have been appreciated as well.

      Homeowner Response:
      The unit is supplied with enough toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent for the first 2-3 days which allows time for guests to get settled and pick up additional supplies. If anything is missing the guest just needs to call me.
