The charming cabin has everything needed for an intimate, lovely escape! Our grown sons joined us for mothers day weekend, and we enjoyed a special time together. The guys went fly fishing on the Chattooga River, and I relaxed and walked. We hiked nearby Whiteside Mountain and it was fabulous. Ate at the round table on the deck and listened to the mountain breeze. Can't recommend this enough for a true getaway in a cool setting high in the mountains. The best of both worlds with Cashiers just minutes away, and peace and quiet lulling you to sleep. (We all loved the footed tub!)

A piece of heaven!
A piece of heaven!
Wow - I got to this cottage and felt that I had arrived! It was heaven to get out of the dreadful summer heat and get to put on a jacket at night!!! The view is gorgeous, the mountain air is divine and the house is so great -- we had a fire every night in the fireplace and had the doors open to the beautiful scenery and great decks outside of each door. The gardens are just amazing with all the flowering plants in bloom -- a true paradise. It is such a comfortable and cozy get-away with great hiking and a super village to enjoy. We loved watching her beautiful mama and baby horses grazing! Robin (Columbia, SC)

Truly a romantic getaway
Truly a romantic getaway
This cabin is tucked away in a beautiful part of western NC. The view is spectacular and easy to enjoy when dining outside. The yard and home were well maintained. We didn't leave the cabin during our stay. Anne was very helpful with directions and was easy to communicate with via e-mail. If you are looking to get away from it all, this cabin is the choice. Another plus - no hidden fees or service charges like other rental cabins.
