Attractive, spacious, newer, four bedroom, Lower Deer Valley Condominium with Spa has lots of living space for a family to stretch out after a day of skiing. The loft adds a nice living area for kids while the adults apre ski in the living room or take in the great views from the new spa on the sunny, southwest facing, wide deck. Two-thousand-seven-hundred (2700) total square feet of living space: Feels much more like a townhome than condominium. And we love that we are the TOP two floors... no one banging around in ski boots above us!
A short four-tenths of a mile to Deer Valley's main lifts at Snow Park Basin make this an affordable can't miss rental for families looking to create memories. In just one year of renting our home, we've built a loyal clientel of several families chosing to return the following season. We only rent our home 4-5 weeks per season, with a strong preference for returning families. This way we can assure new families joining us of an experience that meets their expectations.
This twelve year old condominium was rarely rented by prior owners, new owners have updated throughout. New within the past year: granite kitchen counters, hardwood floors, all appliances, outdoor hot tub, wide screen HD TV, digital HD Cable television, VHS, DVD, stereo w/ iPod docking station, deck chairs, outdoor gas barbeque grill, all new linens/towels/comforters/kitchen accessories, washer/dryer and more. What is not new is all very clean, well appointed, and in excellent condition.
Three bedrooms on main floor, with private and spacious fourth bedroom and full bath on the loft floor. All bedroom closets have built in California Closet type organizers. Main floor Master Bedroom Suite is roomy and has private master bathroom.
Sunny, open floor plan, exposed woodbeams, stone fireplace wall, recessed lighting, and vaulted ceilings all contribute to the mountain contempory styling. Radiant heat in floors and wall to wall carpeting throughout makes for a warm, cozy atmosphere.
Main living/dining area adjoins kitchen. Separate homework or game table. New dining table seats eight to ten comfortably, with more easily accommodated at kitchen bar. Loft sitting area has new TV/DVD/VHS, plus a full sofa and love seat, desk (with HP Printer), and daybed with trundle.
Bed Count: 9 total. 2 King, 4 twins, daybed with trundle, plus a roll-a-way. Full size baby crib also available with the baby package for a small set up fee.
Over 50 dvd titles with something for everyone: ranging from episodes of Thomas the Tank Engine to The Simpsons, and movies covering the gamut too: Shark Tales to War of the Worlds. Plus VHS tapes for young children.
Also for the kids, we keep a small collection of puzzles, kids movies, and board games. If they bring along their video game player, it will easily plug into the front AV jacks of several TVs.
Private attached one car garage, plus additional off street parking for another car.
Three great features for the "techno" types: Wide screen HD television set complete with digital cable(over 150 channels!), premium cable with 10 HBO channels, and the HD signals of NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, HBO, ESPN, TNT, PBS plus several others. Also, high speed wireless internet access secured by WAP so you can stay connected with everyone "back in the world". Plus we supply an HP G85 printer with USB cable, so the organized can print those boarding passes before departing to SLC.
Truth Squad Alert: Some "Other" condominiums and homes near us claim erroneous distances to ski slopes. Truth is, on the lower Deer Valley Loop road we are all close, but not truly a "walk to" the slopes. Our family takes the very convenient FREE Park City/Deer Valley bus which stops right in front of our condominium for a 90 second bus ride to the slopes in the morning. We are the last bus stop before the ski resort. Other times we drive. Plus we are less than a mile to Park City's historic Main Street.
